Tonight me and my friends ordered two large pizzas between us on two separate payments. One was a large pep and my personal order was a large pep with three drinks. When we came back we were informed that they gave my pizza and drinks away to two teenage girls. The other customer informed us that "she gave the two girls the option on what box of pizza they took home by holding them up". When she was giving us one of the large pizzas we asked her for the drinks and her response was "the other girls took them" we then say we understand but we would still like our drinks and she says "i can give you one or two of them" at this point we are getting more and more upset and told her we would like all three drinks as we paid for them all. You would think this is the worst part of our experience but no.... she then tries to give us one large and one medium pizza when we brought it up with her that we ordered two large pizzas WITH PROOF she then started to argue us and ask how it would be possible... we ended up having to wait for a large pep pizza to be made and not to mention the other pizza she took a fully cooked cheese pizza and just added pep on it thus making that pizza burnt... all i have to say is a pizza that would normally take 20 mins to get took an hour. Pizza pizza you need to make sure you staff is fully trained with customer service skills before you leave them in a store all...

My daughter had a slice before I started eating.. than I noticed multiple shards of glass cooked into the pizza.. my daughter is 2 years old she would not have noticed... thankfully it's been a week since i ordered and she seems fine. But I have been cautiously monitoring her.. This was possibly the craziest situation I have experienced with her... how did they not notice glass broke and landed on the pizza.. shame on you!! Imagine your daughter eating a pizza with shards of glass!!! I will not be a customer any more and have already launched a compliant as well with ubereats to remove...
Read more0 stars. They do not honour their 50 minute guarantee. We literally live two minutes away, called at 7:30, and when the driver got here at 8:45 we called the store and asked for them to check the time, and see if the pizza was free. The driver then said that if we weren't paying, no pizza, and black balled us saying he felt unsafe (for no reason, we didn't swear or anything! We called in front of him so calmly, he just wanted to get paid I guess) and anyways he refused to deliver the pizza to us. We had to drive to the store to pick it up, two hours after it had been ordered, with no compensation for our time, or our guests who had been waiting. Terrible experience, do not order from this location unless you want cold pizza...
