We ordered a pizza today through your online app. The pizza was made at your 1940 Appleby Line Unit 5 location. We decided to eat the pizza in-store(approx 12:30 PM, June 3) and as we were eating it, we found a hair underneath the toppings, so we were sure it was not one of our own.
We brought this to the employees' attention, and they acknowledged the hair, but their only comment was the hair was not theirs' as it was the wrong colour. No apology, no offer to make us another pizza and no offer to compensate us, other than asking if we would like a drink.
I have previously worked in food service for 25 years and this kind of apathy is unacceptable. We have been customers of Pizzaville for 5+ years and order at least twice per month(only pizza my son eats). I am aware they are probably franchisees, but think it important to share with corporate, as they are eroding your brand with poor customer care.
I understand these things happens and sometimes hair can fall into food, that is not the issue. The issue is how they dealt with the problem, or in this case, chose not to...

I have a large family therefore made a large order including 5 panzos one large three topping pizza four bottles of pop and 40 poppers. I placed my order in store and they wrote it down I seen what was on the paper they wrote on and it included my 40 poppers but when the order was ready there was only 20 poppers. They did not give me a receipt saying I only paid for 20 and did not ask for a receipt from me as they do not give receipts when you walk in and order the man was rude stated that it was my word against his, stated this over and over and that he was to busy to deal with me. When I asked to see the paper they wrote on I could see that they changed the 40 to a 20. I pointed this out and he didn't care. I was ripped off and will never go back. Once reviewed they emailed me back saying for my inconvenience they were putting an $8 credit on my account towards a future order Honestly It was not inconvenient it was a disappointment . One small piece of anchovy on each piece vs the photo on their app when building a custom pizza . The email also said that the store in Burlington followed the Pizzaville recipe Needless to say I would have expected them to offer to send me a new pizza like the photo I will not be using the $8 for another anchovy pizza from Pizzaville The other two pizzas we ordered...
