I had the pleasure of stopping in today to order a drink and witnessed a very terrible experience for the manager of the store. While I ordered from the self check out, I overheard a man berating the manager for not giving him an extra cup for one of his children. She very politely stated the policy and the cost that would be associated with the extra cup and he continue to give her a hard time. She explained on multiple occasions that she is simply following policy and that she could not honour the request as she would be held accountable. She efficiently made his drinks while he quietly stood there and then (thinking that it would be over), proceeded with another round of his unending complaints about the policy and laying blame on the manager. The manager was overcome with emotion and as the tears flowed, myself and another patron in the store told her to take a moment for herself and don’t give him any more energy. It took everything in me not to give him more than a few choice words but the fact that he was there with very young children made this situation all the more sad and sensitive.
I just want to say a HUGE KUDOS to Tia, for not only being a person of integrity but also in the way that you handled yourself. I see you. And I hope that the company sees you too ❤️

We purchased strawberry banana smoothies and we both got food ( drink) poisoning.We were sick for days.We contacted the store and told them.They admitted that the machines maybe weren't cleaned properly or something was off.They told us to come back in the future and get replacement drinks. So we decided to try again but get something that doesn't involve milk or yogurt. We made a special trip only to be humiliated by the young Asian girl that works there alot.She refused to honor us the drinks after we had been so ill weeks before. Pretty much called us liars! She would not give us on the house drinks after we were told to come back by the owner/ manager! That's the least they could do after we were throwing up for days!! I noticed another girl arrived, who I think they knew each other and she just sat down.
