We recently moved to Burlington so of course I was on the search for great Thai food. I always start with the same thing from every Thai place so I have a baseline to compare against. Pad Thai and hot and sour soup. I ordered the same here for takeout on a Wednesday night. I was very pleasantly surprised with the food. Flavors were bang on, it was hot and fresh, and very importantly, the spice level was perfect. I've been to many places that ask you for your spice level preference and then it turns out just however they make the dish to begin with. I ordered hot which is the level below Thai hot and it was just as hot as I would expect but still let the flavor shine through. My only complaint, I had ordered Pad Thai with chicken then added shrimp and ended up with double shrimp and no chicken. Not the biggest deal but not exactly what I had ordered either. The dish also doesn't seem to come with a lot of vegetables or tofu as a baseline which most places do offer. You can add them for an additional charge. Edited to add I did not receive an email confirmation of my order so cannot confirm the owner's comment but I did receive double the amount of shrimp and had no issue with the dish.

I ordered a pad Thai for dinner tonight and one spring roll. The girl at the cash didn’t say thank you for my business or even look at me. She also charged me for six spring rolls bringing my total up to $30 for one plate, which is $15 more than the lunch for the same portion of pad Thai. I paid extra to have shrimp mixed with my chicken and I got 2 whole shrimp. Wow. Rip off. Come to think of it. I’ve barely found any chicken in this heap of noodles. Train your staff to have a personality when dealing with customers. And don’t charge me extra for two measly shrimp Below is a reply from the owner. As you will see his arrogant attitude and defensiveness speaks volumes of how he does business and what he thinks of his customers! He had the audacity to call me at 10PM when I was IN BED to talk about a google review. Believe it or not to afford his prices, I need a full time job and my beauty rest! He came with a defensive rude tone and not a customer centric one, and had no consideration for the time of day at all. All he cares about his himself. No mention of the rip off portions below either. I did you a favour by spending my hard earned money in your establishment - and I didn't even complain when your staff member got my order wrong! I paid for and kept the extra spring rolls. In closing, as you are not getting another minute of my time - I will never spend another dime on your food. Your replies in these reviews will show the customers who value there money, where not to spend it. THANK YOU

I waited 30 minutes longer than the time I was quoted online. I finally called to check on it, clocking in my wait time from when the order was placed to about an hour thirty. They told me that they were just printing the order and it would be another 20 minutes. When I asked if there would be some kind of compensation for the inconvenience, I was told that they weren't prepared to give me any sort of discount because it 'wasn't their fault that the order was printed late.' Really? Who's fault is it then? Certainly not mine. Honestly, I would have just been happy with 10% off or something to show that they were apologetic. Apparently 10% off of my 70$ order was too much too ask. I canceled the order entirely. The lady on the phone said that 'They were trying to run a business.' Well, this is not the way to do it. Instead of losing 7$ to make a client happy you lost the 70$ order and any other orders you may lose from this review. I suggest ordering from Thai Coconut instead. I've never had an issue with them and their food is amazing. ***UPDATE*** The owner sent me a private message in response to this review and accused me of threatening his staff. Screenshot in photos. Check it out for a laugh.

It was my first time visiting Siam Dish, lately I've been loving Thai food and I came across Siam Dish. My friend and I decided to dine in and honestly the vibes you get the minute you walk in is amazing! I have attached pictures of both my food and of the place it's self. I absolutely will be returning to this restaurant if I am in the Burlington area. You get great customer service along with flavour full food! It's a great portion you are getting. I went in just in time for the lunch special and I got the spicy basil which was SO good that I have also attached a picture of my plate at the end because I ate it ALL! and if you cannot handle spicy I would recommend asking for mild. But this place is a. MUST GO TO!! The place was very clean, professional and home like. They do also have a drink menu which has bubble tea and what not, I just stuck to the food. the food presentation was also amazing and you get a lot of food for the price you pay. Hope you enjoy your visit at Siam Dish, because I defiantly did!

What an amazing experience at Siam Dish! #1: The food was amazing! The restaurant is owned and staffed by all Thai people. They import their ingredients for the true Thai taste! My partner and I shared the assorted appetizer platter, with my fave being the rainbow shrimp and fresh rolls with the in house peanut sauce. For a main I had the Kao Soi noodle with chicken. Perfect balance of savoury and spice! A dollop of their in house chili sauce gave a nice smokey finish (we took all the sauces home for later!) #2: The service! Our server was super friendly, recommending how to eat our dishes the way it’s done back home in Thailand. #3: The ambiance! The decor is done beautifully, with Thai art work on the walls and in a central display. Loved all the woodwork. Can’t wait to try more dishes here!

Very nice looking restaurant and amazing food. I order the red curry through Skip The Dishes all the time and it's the best red curry I've had in a long time. Today I went in with my girlfriend and the owner greeted us, he is a super friendly and sweet man. When ordering he suggested the Kao Soi, a new item that comes from his area of Thailand. It's a curry dish with flat and crispy noodles, chicken thighs and legs, and veggies like picked cabbage. I can confidently say that it's my new favorite Thai dish, half of our time eating was talking about how great the food was. Everything is also very reasonably priced, we are both very impressed! I'm actually going to be cancelling my reservations at another restaurant so we can go back here on our anniversary.
