I left a review a year or so ago and after spending $65 yet again at this location again, I thought it was time to post another review. The bottom line is...I can't recommend ordering wings or buffalo bites from this location. The bites were dry. Overcooked? Left under the heat lamp too long? I honestly don't know but what I do know is we were told 15 minutes and when we got there at the 15 minute mark, we waited another 20 minutes. I used to truly enjoy WingsUp but I'm done. There are other wing places in Burlington are far better...and I suggest you go there.
Update June 6/24: I followed their request to share my experience on their feedback website and have not heard back from them in over a week. What a shame.
Update June 13/24: Still no reach out from WingsUp. Going on a month since I posted this review and 3 weeks since they asked me to fill out their online survey. Impressive!
Update June 20/24: Still no contact from WingsUp. Their initial request for me to use their web based feedback form used phrases such as "We take customer service very seriously" and "Our customers are important to us". Seriously?
Update July 4/2024: Still no contact from WingsUp. I think it's time to change their motto from ""Our customers are important to us" to "We love our customers money but we don't give a crap about our them or delivering...

From the moment I walked in, Jill was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure I felt taken care of throughout my visit. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely enjoys helping people. The food itself was delicious—crispy, juicy wings with bold, flavorful sauces. Jill’s suggestions were spot-on, especially the honey garlic and buffalo flavors. Even the fries were perfect—hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. Read moreI was a long time customer of here, I ordered a pound of wings and some other things, it was a small order, at 7:51PM on march 5th, 2019. It didn't arrive two hours later so i called the store, they said it only showed up on their online ordering at 9:15pm. No problem, I understood and the person said it was on the way. I said I am too hungry to wait considering I only live a 10 minute drive from the store (i dont drive though) They said the most they can offer me is 15 percent off. He even called the manager and the manager confirmed 15 percent off was the most they could do which is crazy because I had a free delivery coupon that I didnt even apply to the initial order because i didn't care to save when I know the food was going to be good.
