Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Tim Hortons – Burlington Location!

If you’re in the Burlington area and looking for a Tim Hortons that goes above and beyond, this location is it! But what really sets this location apart is the incredible manager, Natasha. Her energy, professionalism, and kindness shine through in everything she does. You can tell she genuinely cares — about the customers, the quality of the food and drinks, and her team. Natasha runs the place like a well-oiled machine while still managing to be warm and personable with everyone who walks in the door. It’s not often you see leadership that’s both effective and genuinely heartfelt.

“Large Double Double, everything bagel with cream cheese, cruller”.

What? Anyone from the west coast of the United States will instantly furrow their brow in confusion wondering how anything except “animal style” is mentioned near the words “double double”, but alas, we are not in America, but rather the great white north.

On a recent trip to Canada in dire need to the addictive drug called caffeine, we stopped in early (5am) for some food and coffee for the ride into Toronto.

2 creams, 2 sugars is what they mean. The standard everything bagel we all know and love and a cruller donut. The bagel is somewhere between grocery store and Einstein brothers. The cruller warm, super glazed, but ultimately forgettable. I’m normally a black coffee guy, but have recently moved to sugars and creams above a small. I was very interested in the cream because of the super high 18% cream they use which does give it a rich texture, almost buttery. The coffee is sort of decent and I can see how they do so well. Without calling it the Starbucks of the North they certainly have done well regionally.

Price was about what is expected, service the same, but seeing as I don’t go to big chain coffee shops this was sort of par for the course....

Im giving 5 star cause all other team memebers at this location are awesomely wonderful.I'm so sorry and I really apologize to all Team memeber cause they're extremely awesome people. But I had the worst experience at this location this evening on my way to work. It's an Asian guy on duty to be precise,1st time seeing him there. He attended to a guy b4 me and took his time to attend to him,but when it was my turn he was all of a sudden in haste,he didn't do anything right for me at all telling me its all automatic he has no control over it as if thats my 1st time i was even teying to explain but he wasnt ready to listen,he kept saying i have no control over it,its all automatic and will not even stay at all to finish seeing what he's doing for me through. What I bought was given to me roughly, I even told him it's not my 1st time there I go to that location almost on a daily basis. It's very sad n quite unfortunate, cause anytime I go there now and I see he's d one on duty I'll just go back cause I already know how he's going to treat me. I don't usually write reviews but I felt seriously slighted Thanks again to all other team members for your awesome service ....
