TWO TARTS IN A BOX? Very unpleasant today but previous experience was good so 3star. 1star for today experience, cause at least I do get a box at the end. (I rather not having to go through all that argument tho) I bought TWO cheese tart from your place many times due to our family size Today I’m visiting my friend so I need EIGHT in total. I’m expecting one box in 6 and individual for the other 2

So your worker 3May2022 @18:30 refused to give me a box for the other 2 insist that 2 tart is gonna be in a paper bag unless I buy 3. Jesus Christ it’s a moist oily cheese tart. I had experience buying one only and in a paper bag which was understandable one tart is lighter, less moist so oil/water/moisture not easy to go through the bag and unlikely will be broken from the product weight.

Many time i bought TWO it was always in a box. And the girl keep argue with me why not a box and that small box ONLY for 3 tart, and CLAIM the shop NEVER had and will put TWO TARTS in a box, ALWAYS a small paper bag. I’m questioning the manager/owner if that’s true unless I have to force buy one more in order to have a box? It doesn’t look nice in a paper bag while I’m visiting friend’s place, also doesn’t look nice for one extra tart left🤷🏻‍♀️ As well as I can see a lot of pics from reviews that has TWO TART...

TL:DR - The tarts and souffle cheesecake are delicious but service won't have me coming back.

Wanted to try the cheese tarts in addition to their Soouffle Cheesecake, so I got 3 tarts and a cheesecake. They charged me twice as the first time didn't print out a receipt but the second time it did. I thought maybe there was an issue with my card but I saw the notification on my phone for both charges. I showed the staff both notifications and they tried to resolve it by calling their manager for instructions on how to do that but eventually they told me to leave my name, email and phone number for the manager to contact me the next day. They never contacted me after that... It didn't help that they didn't believe me when I said I paid the first time and that they couldn't refund me nor give me the items I paid for (twice) even after showing them the back to back transaction notifications on my phone... I will not go back

The tarts are very good, so gooey inside 👌 The Cheesecake is also good, sweet enough and very soft but holds...

Oct 16, 2021 I came back and tried the chocolate basque cheesecake finally. It was delicious. I'm glad I gave this place another chance. Thank you to the staff and owner for the support and patience to resolve my previous experience.

Sept 24, 2021 I used to like this place. Their cheesecakes were decent and well made.

However, I bought a chocolate basque cheesecake yesterday. And it was mouldy. I'm actually not impressed. Cheesecake should not be able to grow mould after one day while being in the refrigerator.
