Terrible Experience with Disrespectful Service

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. I purchased a coupon with the expectation of redeeming it smoothly, but what happened next was nothing short of absurd. Before I could even use the coupon, they threw a Grade 3 math problem at me to solve, as if this were some kind of quiz competition.

I had my phone in hand, and when I attempted to solve the problem, they refused to accept the coupon, claiming that I used my phone to find the answer. The level of pettiness and poor customer service here is astonishing. To make matters worse, the manager didn't even have the decency to come forward and speak to us directly. Instead, she just canceled the coupon without any explanation or apology.

Ordered 2 butter chicken pizzas and the staff asked if I wanted any customization to which I said yes just add onion. They didn't even suggest me that there was an offer going on for 2 pizzas at the store. Upon asking, they said yeah you customized it so no offer. I mean you at least could have let us know about the offers. Even during the customization, the girl was hurrying up even when there were no other orders at the store. The counter was so dirty where she was making pizzas. Also, suggest your staff to talk in english as it feels disrespectful when they talk and whisper in Punjabi while customer is standing in front.
