Even your staff will admit quietly that they think it's horrible... and no one wants to buy it. Mr Neate, we are not sure what happened in the selection process but whoever tasted Autum Dark and thought it would be a good idea to sell in your stores, needs to be let go. Railtown did not need to be replaced. The Eastside is quite frequently sour tasting -like an old flower. I have never chosen to drink Americanos in your stores. At present, in your stores, there is no earthy, bold option for your previously loyal, now disappointed, customers. Today, I left one of your locations to go to a Starbucks to get a decent cup of coffee. The taste and aroma of Autum Dark reminds me of the Sanka my Grandma used to drink. I visited the shop and ordered a coffee. I decided to try something different and went with the light roast. However, after taking a sip, I found it tasted quite terrible.

I attempted to exchange it for a dark roast but was informed that this goes against policy. I've been a loyal JJ Bean fan, even a super fan, for over a decade . I'm deeply disappointed due to the lack of customer service and the quality of coffee this time. It pains me to say that I'll no longer be a customer.
