Original review: Would avoid this location. I will not go back. Ladies name on the top is why. Very rude and condescending and will laugh and smirk at you then talk to her co worker in the back in a different language.
Update: I went back. I love pizza and made the mistake of going back to this location.
I won’t ever go back now.
I get in the store and the lady laughs at me and smirks. The same lady who was rude before. She looks at the guy who I think is the manager and laughs. I felt akward and just wanted to leave. This was just me walking into the store. Akwarrrrrd
I already felt like why the heck am I back here but pizzzzaaa…
I get home and relax I put the akwardness aside and just want to eat my pizza and the bottom crush is soft and doughy…. It’s practically wet feeling. Tomato sauce coming through the back. This isn’t definite seriously but the toppings are.
I call the shop and trust me I really don’t want to even call them but I do because now I can’t eat dinner. I call them and the same lady answers. She hears me out and says she will give me a number and to text her a photo I said no problem. I was peaceful and never raised my voice or got upset. I just wanted pizza and a drink solution.
She then puts the guy on the phone and he tells me how he cooks the pizza to a standard and I’m wrong and the pizza is fine and was very argumentative and condescending. Said they never get complaints and I’m wrong and so on. Told me he would do nothing.
What’s frustrating: When I was waiting inside I saw him take it out of the oven 2 times to check it and like he was trying to do me a favour and rush it and not have me wait but I’d rather wait for the pizza to be cooked.
He usually in past just sits around the shop and “manages” but the lady was around the corner behind the oven laughing with her co worker.
Now I’m out with no pizza and 25$. This new management is killing this location. I will be calling corporate tomorrow cuz this was my local pizza place and trust me I eat a lot of pizza I know what crust is supposed to be like. I’m not out here trying to screw over a local business. Customer service is key.
If they would have said send in a photo checked the photo and offered to make it right then this post wouldn’t happen. I would continue to go back and enjoy pizza but they chose to deny deny deny and blame blame blame so...
Read moreThe pizzas were absolutely terrible. There was barely any cheese, the bread was plain, and the pizzas were overly salty. The pepperoni pizza had such a thin layer of pepperoni that it was almost non-existent, and the meat pizza had an embarrassingly small amount of meat. I also ordered the ground beef and blue cheese pizza, but whatever they used definitely wasn’t blue cheese—it tasted more like mayo. The lack of proper cheese, extreme saltiness, and complete lack of flavor made everything inedible—a total waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
On top of that, their customer service is shocking, particularly when it comes to how they handle reviews. After reading critical feedback, the owner allegedly reviews camera footage and conducts “research” on customers to determine whether their complaints are valid. However, there’s no evidence that this actually happens, and it comes across as either a weak attempt to discredit customers or outright dishonesty. It’s a tactic that shows how little they value their customers and how unwilling they are to take feedback and use it to improve their business.
Even worse, after scrolling through the reviews, I observed how the owner makes disrespectful comments about delivery people, blaming them for delivery issues when the actual complaints were clearly about Megabite’s own service. Instead of addressing the real concerns, they take low shots at customers and delivery drivers in an attempt to deflect blame. And since customers can’t even respond or explain their side once they’ve commented, it feels dismissive and unprofessional.
This kind of behavior makes it clear that this business cares more about being “right” than about improving or treating customers with respect. Until they change their approach, I’d avoid this...
Read moreI just had the cheese pizza from Megabite Production, and it was genuinely one of the best I've ever tasted. This place absolutely nails it, and every single element of their pizza is outstanding. Let's start with the crust—it's phenomenal. Perfectly golden and crisp on the outside, yet wonderfully airy and chewy on the inside, it's the ideal foundation. You can tell they put a lot of care into their dough; it has a fantastic flavor all on its own. The cheese itself was superb, perfectly melted and seasoned, but what truly elevated it were those unique "seeds" of flavor. Whether it was a special blend of herbs, a sprinkle of something unexpected, or just the incredible quality of the cheese itself, it added an extra layer of deliciousness that made their cheese pizza truly distinctive. And the dip! Wow. It perfectly complemented the pizza, adding another dimension of flavor without overpowering it. It's clear that everything, from the main event to the smallest accompaniment, is crafted with quality and taste in mind. If you're a fan of a truly exceptional cheese pizza, or just amazing pizza in general, you absolutely have to try Megabite Production. This isn't just a meal; it's a fantastic experience that leaves you...
