Just ordered off Uber eats pizza factory on 6th. They are in my neighborhood and wanted to support local. Order spent over 70$. Chicken salad- warm with little taste . Butter chicken . Almost 18 dollars . Got a total of 3 small pieces of chicken . 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Seriously ? Large Canadian pizza . Mostly crust. Not tasty at all. Pizza was okay at best . Naan bread - only thing that was satisfactory . Was warm bread . All I can say . I never leave reviews but was so extremely disappointed. I will never be back . Still can’t believe the butter chicken . 3 small pieces . Seriously how stingy can a business be ?

I had an amazing experience at this pizza shop! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the owner was super friendly and attentive. The pizza? Absolutely delicious – fresh dough, perfectly melted cheese, and high-quality toppings. You can really taste the difference.

Most Terrible customer service I’ve ever received! Called in to order a pizza with no cheese as I am allergic and the guy on the phone said that they cannot NOT put cheese on the pizza...like what? Are they all premade from frozen or something? When I tried to ask him about it thinking maybe he didn’t understand my request he just left the conversation, he didn’t hang up, he just left me on the line. I thought he maybe was going to get someone else to speak to me but I could hear him doing something next to the phone. He didn’t call anyone over and he never came back. I think he was waiting for me to hang up. Never attempting to order from here again. There are way to many pizza places in this city to support this kind of behaviour from a business in the...

Just picked up a large "pizza with everything" & discovered the extra meat - to double it up - as we ordered. was not on it. Terry was fine with it when we placed the order, but when I saw it was not as we wanted he said 'it wouldn't taste good, ...there's a lot on it already.' He only doubled the pineapple and added the sausage. I had a li'l conversation with him about how we like our pizza, would pay for the extra meat, but he was adamant so, sadly, as I left told him he will not be back again.
