Worst experience ever through a delivery
Usually don’t go into depth about these reviews but this was my worst experience with a restaurant. I was pretty optimistic about this place since it had good reviews, so I decided to try it, here’s a timelime of things that went through on August 14th:
10:10 PM - Order a butter chicken and naan for delivery, the rep on the phone asks me if i have cash since they don’t have a debit machine. I told them that I don’t, they respond back that they will sort out a machine
10:21 PM - Get a call from the manager asking me to order my food online through their website to some random address he gave me, and pay using my credit card online, and that they’ll just deliver the food to my address instead. I told them I’m not comfortable with that, and to just send a debit machine with the delivery driver as they had originally mentioned.
11:01 PM - Get a call from the delivery driver, who says he’s outside. I go outside, there’s no one. I call the driver, and apparently he got the wrong address from the store, and is around 25 minutes away from where I live. I tell him the actual address to my place.
11:25 PM - Finally get my food, and it is legitimately not even edible. The naans are so crusty, they might as well be crackers. The butter chicken is more like watered down soup with overcooked dry chicken.
11:46 PM - I call the restaurant to address my issue, they ask me to call the next day instead cause they are too busy at that time.
Next Day, August 15th
7:48 PM - I call the restaurant, manager cuts me short, offers to give back less than half of what I had spent the night before, which is ridiculous. I refuse his offer.

Read moreMy husband and I ordered one of the combo specials last night which was 1 large pizza. 2 ltr soda and either baked lasagna or spaghetti and 6 chicken wings. I had to repeat our address several times My husband felt the lasagna was ok. I asked when ordering if I could have the large pizza gluten free and I did nit mind paying xtra Girl on phone said owner said ok I repeated the order back. After it was delivered I opened the pizza box only to find more like extra small and it had hardly any toppings. I called to report issue and was told because it was gluten free it was why it was a small. I said I repeated the order and offered to pay more and it was not communicated to me it’s would be “small”. She also said but I gave you 2 ltr pop instead of 2 cans. My Reply is the new brochure special lists 2 lots of soda and again was not told pizza would be small. Regardless of worst pizza I’ve ever had. Super small , soggy crust and barely had toppings. Read moreI stopped by for a slice of pizza, and realized that they didn't have it at the time. It was late afternoon on a Monday. That's reasonable. My foot was out the door and I was offered exceptional customer service right away. Inder understood that I was in a rush and immediately offered a personal sized pizza ready in 5 minutes. His staff started on the pizza right away while I paid for it. The pizza was perfectly cooked, the crust was crispy and fluffy, the cheese was melty, exactly what I needed! I also got to try the butter chicken with rice. It was very flavourful, definitely a must try. While the pizza was cooking, I had the pleasure of chatting with Inder. He is a very passionate owner, I can see why this Pizzeria has been serving the locals since 2012. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.
