I went to this location to pick up the food but i had a worst experience and that ruined my whole day . I ordered brown sugar iced latte and a customized wrap but instead of getting my order .They yelled at me for making my order wrong instead of making it correct. So the brown sugar iced latte that i got if was not full up to the rim or below the rim ,it was literally the half of the medium size cup. I ordered the same thing thousands of times but never got order like this . So i asked the person yuh served it and she was like you ordered it light ice and half sweet so i was like yeahh but you are still supposed to fill it up till the rim with more mil but it doesn’t usually come like this . She was like no this is the standard. Now i have worked in tims before for 2years and i have never served any person a latte half filled. That doesn’t not make any sense . I asked if yuh want me to pay more for milk or anything im okay with it can you please put little more milk in there . The whole group of ladiea start yelling at me . They dont have manners to talk. The whole time they made my order they were chitchatting. I feel like if a person is getting food to start their day and going for an eaay option just because they are in hurry and have a long day ahead,they dont deserve a morning start like this ..with this rubbish . The gurl raised her tone and every single person was looking at me that i did something wrong. There was a person standing behind me he said the same thing as me that the coffees and lattes never come like this even if you order it with light ice . I feel like the owner of this store should monitor what their staff is doing. This store needs an improvement. The disgusting staff i have ever dealt with . Im not going there anymore . Visited their for first time and had awful experience that ruined my day and finally orderd from starbucks instead…and they never pissed me offf like this…please tell the staff to behave respectfully and tell them to learn how to work...

I went to this branch located in the food court on Monday, January 2, 2023 at 2:30 pm and I had to stand in line for half hour, It's perfectly acceptable to stand in line for a a few minutes, but not for half an hour, when more than 6 employees are working. Anyway, since I work myself, I can understand people's fatigue, so I placed the order with a smile and waited patiently for my order. When I received my order, a relatively young woman (whose I could not understand her name, because none of the employees had a name tag) gave me my order, I asked for some ketchup, and she gave me one single ketchup, and I said, please give me extra ketchup and napkins, but in response she told me that it is in the package with very rude gestures and tone, and she disrespectfully left. I had to call her again and instead of receiving my request, she told me to say “please”, and she put her hands on the counter and threw away the napkin, i told her that i asked politely at first and you left, and this is not appropriate behavior at all because this is your duty and whether I say please or not, you are not allowed to talk like this, all the customers were surprised and even several people left the line and said they will not come back to this branch. Read moreThis evening I was in MetroTown Food Court Tim Horton in Food court Extremely bad services and 3-4 staffs are doin nothing , just walking around, one older staff was serving one customer before me and waiting long time and asked them if one of them could serve me but said no. She told me you have to wait in this line. Then I told her your service Tim Horton service has gone down substantially, she said No, Well, I have indicated, by the way Tim Horton has been ranked in Canada 50th from 4th rank. Then she tells me something very irrelevant that is" I have 2 million dollars in bank" and I just work here because I love serving people; I told her that I dont see that you are giving very poor service and attitude is very negative and besides why you are telling me you have 2 mill dollars & I said as well I don't care you have 2 mill., what has to do me with me. Very strange and abnormal staff. I dont understand why the Manager or Owner would hire this kind of staff? This is the worst Tim Horton in Vancouver, including the 2nd Tim Horton downstair across Mc Donald, MetroTown. It took 15 min to get 2 coffee only. I have cut down going TH these days. Downstairs TH same condition and everytime I go there restroom is closed & I ask them I like to go use it, its closed, can't be used. As a customer you go there and you are not able to use it. This kind of Tim Horton Ownership must be cancelled and because this kind owners Tim Horton losing business substantially and ranked today 50th. I am certain since Burger King company/Wendy took over this of course you can expect very poor service. Honestly, for the last 2 months I have significantly cut-down Tim Horton coffee, including many of relatives and friends across Canada, everyone says something.
