October 2021, i know we should write every time we come but you only get so much space. This place has been the greatest hotpot with the most excellent service and I am so glad to see all the old faces working there. Our family loves it here and it is our weekly ritual to keep on coming and bringing new people to experience how amazing this hotpot is. Thank you again for your ☆☆☆☆☆ service when it comes to service, safety, and quality 👍
March 18, 2021 - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐love the warm and friendly 🥰customer service at Happy🐑 Lamb. The management and staff are incredible at hospitality💯💥. With public health orders allowing groups of 10 or family bubbles of ten type of restaurant is by far the safest🏥 due to the hood fans above each table and the spacing. The area is very large and wide open plus their heated ♨️patio and all the fire🔥 all around us combats any viral threat. This place has been the only restaurant we frequent and feel it is the safest compared to all the others. Air circulation, fire, fresh air, constant disinfecting and decontamination efforts observed staff completing while clients are there. Before and after cleaning is remarkable. You do not see this happen at Cactus Club or The Keg where we prefer takeout due to the dense population of clients all who do not wear masks. If you want to have a good time with family and friends come here for a healthy ( vegan and vegetarian options)and safe option that only restaurant's of this caliber can offer. They gave us coupons that we use each visit too. Great system they have.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Please do not come out anywhere if you have any flu like symptoms. Protect others by getting tested, vaccinated if or when you qualify and fill in the contact tracing forms provided at the front entrance. Also use one of the many hand sanitization stations scattered throughout the establishment and don a 😷 inside until you eat.
February 17, 2021 - still one of our favorite places to enjoy the best hotpot. Service is great. Staff always doing something nice for the kids like passing out candy. They treat us very well at this place and we love it and recommend it to anyone who has not tried it. Its probably one of the safest places to go during covid because the ventilation is so good having hood fans above each table. Very safe and the food and service quality is always 5 🌟
Update: recently changed name and has only been open a month. In regards to their Covid precautions they are doing a pretty good job. All staff were observed wearing masks and even in the back rooms where I took a peek. Their patio, open only on weekends ,which is in my mind safer since the virus can aerosolize making areas inside risky. That being said, what is great about this place is the large numbet of hood fans above each table. They also leave the doors open to get fresh air exchanges. In my mind this place is one of the safer restaurants to eat. There is hand sanitizer available and staff wipe down surfaces regularly. There are spexiglass shields at pay stations and signage explaining how the restaurant is taking precautions for patrons. My new rating system is based on how well a business obides by the new standards.☆☆☆☆☆
Superior service. Best hotpot I have ever been too. The broth is so tasty. Vegan, spicy, and tantalizing house broth options. The choices of vegetables, meats, and other items are endless. This restaurant has become a weekly favorite for family, friends, and children. Great place for large groups and parties. Jim,Fiona and Winnie are just some of the great employees that deserve recognition for their excellent hospitality and...

Read moreCame here with my husband and two friends for dinner on a weeknight, it was not too busy and we were seated right away. I am not one to complain but our service was TERRIBLE. I don't know if they were understaffed or overworked but we were extremely disappointed.
We were sat down and given our menu to write what we wanted to order. We did so and were never brought water or hot tea (there were cups on the table) and had to wave a waiter down to get our order. They did not repeat the order to us just took our paper and ran off immediately, not even asking for a drink order. So we sat and waited. We were given our broth pot and it began to boil. And we waited. And waited and waited. We started to drink the broth since no other food or water was brought to us for a good ten minutes. Finally they brought out a cart of meat and came to our table where they left three plates. A TINY portion of unidentified meat, a plate of pickled radish and our vegetables and quail eggs. Now, we were a table of four and we were hungry. So we ate it immediately. And continued to sit at a table with none of the meat we ordered. When we finally did get our meat it was clearly not even half of what we had ordered. One plate of what we assumed was fatty beef and one plate of lamb? Our servers didn't tell us.
My friend had to get up from the table three times to ask for us to be served water. I think we finally got our water 30-40 mins into our meal. We were sitting in disbelief trying to wave down servers and being completely ignored despite the area of hot food and sauce bar, which we were not told we could use, was constantly being refilled and serviced more so that our table.
We finally assumed after being ignored that we should just order our second round of meats and waved our paper which again, was ignored, and we were brought a decent serving of unidentified sliced meat. At that point in the meal we ready to leave and so we got our check and left.
I've been to many AYCE hot pots before with impeccable service and I will not be coming back. I would have rather gone to a ala cart restaurant because we would have got the food we ordered...
