Triple O's — Restaurant in Burnaby

Connected to the Chevron - as you enter the convenience store part of the establishment, the restaurant is to your left and towards the back of the building, you can't miss 8tit; the restaurant has a separate entrance south of the gas station entrance though. Not sure if the hours of the restaurant and different from the gas station but I would suspect as much.

Ample parking for a gas station - but fairly minimal parking for sit-down restaurant (~ 8 - 10 tables), let alone a combo pit-stop /restaurant. That said, I visited early morning weekdays and mid-late afternoon and there was always ample parking and, if you're in a rush the restaurant also offers drive-thru service (at the north end of the parking lot).

Service is prompt and friendly for both businesses, convenience store is well stocked with snacks, slurpees and road-trip incidentals.

The food from the restaurant was fantastic, made quickly (~5 mins, no lineup) and fresh to order. I had a smokehouse supreme burger with extra triple o sauce/bacon and Cajun fries, which was still very tasty by the time I got home. Would definitely recommend.

The gas station provides an air pump but not a car vacuum, unfortunately. Slightly above average number of gas pumps, not sure if they...

Best fries for a fast food joint in all of Burnaby that I can find and probably the best overall burger for the price as well. I paid $11 for a Monte mushroom burger & signature fries and was pretty full. Amazing quality. Well worth it.

The environment is good and there's quite a few tables compared to some locations that are stuck inside a gas station. Definitely worth checking out the location here on Waltham in Burnaby.

So sorry I couldn't give 5 stars but I was surprised right away when I walked in asking about their popular dishes the manager who was assisting me seemed upset with me!

With a grimacing face, she just stared at me and I asked her if she was okay or upset and she said no just not sure what I want. I said I wasn't sure because I hadn't been there for a while and she calmed down quite a bit.

I talk to her later about lowering my Google review rating and she said she was quite exhausted. So I explained the importance of service and how I'm spending top dollar for a good experience. She thanked me and we shook hands.

I will definitely go back and hope to move my ranking up to five stars! Absolutely...

Once again, Triple O's on Kingsway at Waltham have outdone themselves , I got two Sunny start breakfast sandwiches and I had them custom made and it was heaven in a sandwich!! I've been going here for 3 years now regularly and I've had 2 complaints in 3 years . That's pretty damn good. I would say that's a 99.8% positive review every time I go there. Because you know sometimes I have to wait. You know 3 or 4 minutes to get my meal LOL... I find the staff there is always friendly. They are also trans friendly as I am transgender. They are always friendly to every person I've seen in there. Even the ignorant people that come in there and act like they're kings and Queens when they walk in the door and they don't deserve service any better than anybody else. They think they do but they always treat them with kindness which is amazing.
