REAL pizza ! It's no coincidence they are still here after 37 years ! It's because the pizza tastes extremely great. I remember eating here about 6 years ago, we brought in the whole soccer team and ALL slices disappeared ! Everyone loved the food ! I drove past the other day and I just had to try the Super Sue. (memories) Deep Dish style, just the way I like it, they don't skimp on the ingredients either, totally loaded, stacked with meats & excellent light textured cheese but stringy and delicious. Nice dough texture, not thin crust ! It's more like the famous Chicago style with a nice flavour. This pizza is NOT for those who want a thin crust wood fired boutique morsel lightly stacked fashionable low calorie flavour .... Viva Sue is the definition of a proper deep dish delight. Yes, it'll be a bit greasy, yes it'll be a bit fantastically gooey and somehow stringy at the same time ! It is an age old tradition of quality ingredients and a recipe that defines this style. I strongly suggest that you get this amazing deep dish pizza out of the box into open air and onto a proper plate as soon as possible. A deep dish pizza will get soggy if you don't get it on a plate fast. Once out for presentation, It won't last long .... enjoy this place, I've been to many great pizza establishments, I like Viva Sue, for my taste and preference of Chicago Style Deep Dish loaded pizzas, Viva Sue is among the best (and possibly the best) of this style that I...

For the People of BC!! This is one of my most honest and personal reviews. Out of my 100+ reviews this place is beyond special to me and my family. Long story here…. I lived near Viva Sue pizza 🍕 since the early 90s. And my dad was the one to find this amazing restaurant and ever since then we have never found a better pizza place. I have worked all over the lower mainland and I live Downtown now for years and still haven’t found a better pizza place. Also, since my dad moved to Kelowna we haven’t gone in about 10 years, which is literally insane for us. Unfortunately my car 🚙 has some repairs going on but did that stop us from ordering? Hell no!! He came to visit from Kelowna and what did we do? Literally when he got off the bus 🚌 we took the Skytrain to Metrotown and then took another bus to Viva Sue and then an Uber home. Why did we do this? We’ll aside from my story above the pictures will show you why and it’s still the only place where I love their crust and eat it every time. Please support local businesses like this one as it is beyond Legendary and the people there are super friendly and very skilled. Do yourself a favour and make a trip here, please I beg you lol. The pizzas we got were Hawaiian as he loves that one. But mine is Pepperoni 🍕 and feta cheese and I got x2 of them since I made this crazy trip lol cheers all to the best Pizza in...

Viva Sue Pizza is an absolute culinary treasure in Vancouver that has transformed our everyday life into something truly spectacular. Their amazing pizza has become a source of pure delight. I can't help but feel like I've done something right in my past life to deserve this delicious treat.

For just $15 per pizza, you get a slice of heaven right here on Earth. The pizza is absolutely divine, and the fact that it's so affordable is a real blessing. My wife and I can both indulge in this heavenly delight without breaking the bank.

The experience is rounded out with the perfect combination of three slices of pizza, four shots of whiskey, and the latest movies/music. It's my personal recipe for relaxation and entertainment, and it never disappoints.

But the true magic of Viva Sue Pizza isn't just the food; it's the dedication of the owner to provide a top-notch dining experience. I sincerely hope that Viva Sue Pizza continues to grace Vancouver with its presence for many years to come, and I wish the owner a long and prosperous life.

In summary, Viva Sue Pizza is a slice of heaven on a plate that has elevated our everyday life. If you're in Vancouver, don't miss the opportunity to savor their scrumptious pizza. It's an experience that's worth every penny, and I can't recommend it enough. Thank you, Viva Sue Pizza, for making our everyday life truly...

This place has been in business for 39 years and we just found out about it last week. In that week we have ordered 3 times, twice for pizza and once for lasagna. The owners are wonderful. Five years ago we had Chicago style pizza at a famous spot in Chicago. Since then we have been looking for something that is a close comparison in the Vancouver area. This isn't Chicago style, but it is close and it was also very delicious! The lasagna was also very tasty with a great ratio of meat/sauce and pasta. The pizza seemed a little expensive when we first saw the prices, but for the amount of meat, actual layers of meat, not a slice haphazardly tossed here and there it is very reasonably priced. The dine in area consists of three tables, one being occupied as a storage area. The other two have four seats each. It looks out over the little strip mall parking lot. Not much atmosphere but I think the quality of the food and the friendliness of the owners make up for that. I'm not supposed to be eating the items on the menu but we will be semi regulars when my numbers are ok.

Like many others, we saw this place on Instagram and decided to try it. It is a small little pizza place that does an extremely high volume of takeout. We were on our way somewhere else, so we decided to sit in and dine at one of the 3 tables available. Sue took our order....we did a large #11 pizza (ham, pepperoni, mushroom) with mushrooms on only 1/2...nope, I don't like mushrooms! Lol Sue kindly offered to add their homemade sausage to our pizza as well, and we took her up on the suggestion. The pizza came out hot, and it was definitely delicious!! We now understand the rave reviews and agree. The pizza is pricey, but they also did not skimp. There were lots of toppings and cheese and almost right to the edge. Right amount of sauce as well. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.
