🍔🔥 McD: The Good, The Bad & The Melty Sundaes 🔥🍔
I’ve been coming here for years… and let’s just say, this McDonald’s is starting to feel like a soap opera 🎬. Sometimes reliable, sometimes tragic, sometimes straight-up comedy.
👎 Order Chaos (aka my free app point hustle): • Multiple times this year they’ve botched my order — and when you call it out, the staff act salty 🧂 like you’re the problem. • On the plus side? I’ve collected something like 40K free app points 💎 because of their mistakes. Loyalty program unlocked by incompetence 😂. • Yesterday’s fiasco: asked for an extra patty ➡️ ignored. Paid at the machine ➡️ no receipt, no order number. Had to pay again at the cashier after awkward explaining and refusing. Not exactly “fast” food.
🍫 Drinks & Treats: • The iced chocolate? Wayyy too sweet — like liquid dessert with a sugar hangover 😵. • Sundaes? Melted before I even grabbed my order 🍦💔. Not cute.
🌡️ Atmosphere Fail: One visit it was 38°C outside with humidity, and inside the store it felt the same — no A/C 🥵. I legit had to speed-eat just to escape back into my car’s air conditioning. A fast food experience in every sense.
🍟 Food Portions: • Ordered 2 combos — fries came in half-filled containers. Excuse me, did the fries take a smoke break? 🍟😑 • For what I paid, that’s just disrespectful.
🚽 Convenience vs. Cleanliness: • Location = great, open 24/7 = lifesaver 🌙. • But… not the cleanest. Self-ordering machines? Always out of receipt paper 🧾. • Washroom? Men’s sink only had scalding hot water 💦🔥. Not exactly spa vibes when you’re just trying to wash your hands.

👉 Verdict: This McD has 24/7 convenience and the food can hit the spot when it’s right. But between botched orders, half-empty fries, sauna-level heat inside, and melted sundaes — it feels like they’re slipping downhill fast ⛷️. At this point, I’m only here for the late-night emergencies… and the accidental app point...
Read moreWorst McDonald’s ever and it’s not even an exaggeration. I don’t know if this review will ever be acknowledged but this establishment is not a good one. It’s simply the employees, including some managers. They tend to make mistakes with your order and when they get called out on it, they act like you’re supposed to just deal with it.
I had ordered food through the drive thru and upon driving back home, a burger was missing. I come back with my food now cold (it’s fall/winter season) and ask for my missing item and the possibility for fresh new food. I handed them back the old and cold food but only received my missing item. They ignored my request for new food. After waiting almost 30 mins trying to catch the attention of some of the employees, a manger comes up to me after speaking with 3 other people before her (who also ignored us after speaking to them). When I called them out for their service and the way they dealt with me, I asked for their names and they refused to give it to me. They were not wearing name tags when they’re supposed to; which it’s surely mentioned in their work contract and conditions that they have to.
One thing to note is when they don’t want to deal with customers, they ignore you by mostly hiding in the back. But they still work but avoid eye contact.
So as we leave, they ignored their customers. I’m not sure if it’s the tunnel vision, but they should be able to handle dealing with customers. It does not stop after serving your customers their food. If there’s an issue caused by them (to which they do a lot), they should be able to resolve it for a better customer experience. It should not be resolved because the employees want it over with.

Read moreI placed my order on the app, I had an order number, I arrive there at around 12.30 am after riding my bike for 15 mn because it was the only open restaurant in my neighbourhood , when I walked in, I was greeted by We're closed ( instead of welcome to McDonald's) by the Indian lady manager who refused to give her name when I asked, the restaurant was empty and an uber driver was waiting while I was there, I explained that i placed my order, I had an order number, and that i rode my bike in the middle of the night to get some food. she said you can go on uber and place the order, I answered: so why is the mc donalds app exists if you can make orders for uber but not for the companys site. then she walked away and told me to leave. I was hungry so I said what if your brother was hungry, would you let him be hungry when you can remedy the situation? she said, its policy! Im not mad coz Im hungry, Im not blaming mc donald's. Im just shocked by this heartless person that mc donlad's decided to make manager, I cant understand how this person didnt understand that making food for uber or for the company that pays her is the same, the only difference is that uber takes 30 percent when I use them. Im home now hungry, because when i got home the store was closed on uber. but I learned something today. Some people are not made and don't understand customer service for customer service, they're just there for the money! thank you for this lesson.Im not gonna say Ill never go to mcds again, but definitely not going to the one on cote st luc or anyone where this "not loving it "...
