Honestly I'm very disappointed with the 80$ sushi I just received. The avocado were hard rock we had to push them out of the rolls because they were inedible . One of the roll that I ordered we honestly thought they made a mistake and sent us a vegetarian roll because we couldn't see the fish. The fish was a tiny slice that was stuck on the inside of the roll and had zero taste. The rolls were all loose and the fried one had a weird oily taste . This is my first time ordering there and I love giving places a chance but this one is honestly off our list forever. We ate what we could and threw the rest in the garbage. The staff there are super nice! They didn't have one of the ingredients I asked for and wrote me a note on my delivery with a 10% off coupon. I normally order from Sushi Sama Monkland (but they are closed on Mondays) and I always order the sashimi platter. Normally when I order from Monkland I get a large assortment (salmon, red tuna, white tuna, unagi, shrimp, white fish, octopus etc.). Unfortunately whenever I take a chance and order it from another Sushi Sama it is usually mainly white fish, shrimp and salmon (I love the salmon but I also like the variety).
