Disappointing to say the least.

We acknowledge that we arrived 45 minutes before closing time, but when we asked at the counter if that was "where we need to order to eat in" I would have expected a reply that would have tipped their hand that we couldn't eat in anymore. I guess the very surly face we received as we walked in should have been the tell-tale sign. At any rate we ordered the lasagna and a beef dip(they were not able to make a Philly cheesesteak that was on the menu). We ordered, and $60 and 15 minutes later, our packed-up-to-go meals were delivered to the table we were seated at. While the lasagna was almost passable, and was of a meal-size proportion, the "beef dip" was 2 slices of beef slapped between sub bun halves. No aioli, pffft. Not even mayo, mustard, or butter, heck...there was barely even meat. No word of a lie, I could have found more meat on a picked-over flattened squirrel carcass on the road out front. The fries were anaemic. The jus, I guess, was the bright spot, it was a clear, brown, salty liquid. On a side note, the poor guy who had ordered (a pizza) sometime before us waited quietly. A half hour before closing his pizza (boxed) arrived and he was questioned "were you planning on eating that here?". His response of "a couple pieces here, then the rest at my hotel" must have drawn a look of some sort.... He almost took a bite of 1 piece.... before putting it back, closing the lid, and walking out without a bite.

Sad state, we will not eat here again...thank god for Hungry Herbies...

The drive up here was long, and we had our hearts set on eating here. My wife saw a YouTube video of a Filipino woman making pizza in what she considered the middle of nowhere 😆. My wife, being Filipino as well, wanted to support her business as we were traveling to the sand dune further up the highway. The food was amazing, some of the best pizza I've ever had, actually. My daughter even suggested that we stop in on the way back, too, and i agreed. The letdown was asking for Anie herself, and we asked another Filipino coworker if she was Anie. She said no, she wasn't, and kind of got defensive and asked what we needed her for. I tried to explain to her about the video and my wife, but she looked annoyed. I get that they are busy, so I just said forget it. Don't bother her and just leave the restaurant. We changed our minds about stopping in on the way back.. I would still recommend this place as the food...

5 of us stopped in for lunch. Took awhile for them to notice that door chime went. Wonton soup was amazing. Both sandwich orders were messed up after using the sandwich order form. Asked to sit on the patio because it was nice out and we were told no because the tables were dirty... nothing that a quick wipe wouldn't fix I'm sure. Owner couldn't be bothered. Another couple showed up while we were there, got tired of waiting for someone to take their order, left and drove to the Dairy Queen across the street. Food was mediocre...

Our go to restaurant in Cache Creek, wether it is a trip south or trip home through the town, we eat at Anie's. Call ahead from either Clinton, or Spences Bridge and food is ready when you arrive. Favorite is Chicken Pesto pizza, thin crust, best pizza I've ever had. Last time we were there, brought a pie home, Apple, Rhubarb, Strawberry combo, baked it last night, incredible, tastes like how Mom used to make. Would 100% recommend this restaurant.
