St. Louis Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Caledon

7 years ago I gave the Bolton, ON location 4 tries, one of them I returned the dry wings and still dry. I never went back for years until a year ago and they were perfect for once , unlike several visits 7 years ago. I have been to several St-Louis Wing outlets from Barrie to Ajax, all were 100% excellent as usual, the best, and I love St-Louis big time. A year ago even the Bolton store made their wings absolutely excellent for once like their other outlets!

I tried them again and they were ...dead dry again. Barely edible Only Bolton store taste dry for some reason. Staff were excellent and one girt explained they had new owner from 7 years ago, she also explained how they have a timer to ensure they are cooked similarly everywhere and changes she was requested was how some people ask for well done instead, where they increase timer. Now I now question the quality of wing, given how one had a thicker skin too, or whether the product is from the authentic franchise or shopped elsewhere and cooked there. I don't know, all I know is that this is the only place that serves sub par overcooked wings almost EVERY TIME unlike anywhere else. Where are they dropping the ball I am wondering because they actually made...

If I could give this location a negative 1 I would. The staff was more concerned with serving customers who are seated at the bar and continuously ordering alcohol rather than greeting, seating and even offering a menu to those who walk in. Upon arrival we were told to seat ourselves, 15 minutes pass by and 1 waitress is flirting with the table across from us but yet hasn’t greeted us or offered to give us a menu. She took the menu from the gentleman’s table seated across from us in which I had to get up and grab menus myself. After another 5 minutes go by and we still have no waitress take our order or even greet us. I had to request a waitress in which she asks me “were you seated by someone or yourself” I notified her that we were told to be seated by ourself as per direction of her colleague in which she replied “ok I’ll get someone to take ur order” & took payment from the couple behind us and proceeded to walk away. Out of frustration we had to leave as to the terrible service. To the management of this establishment, please provide proper training to your staff in regards to treating customers. Absolutely...

Absolutely awful! Drinks were watery and sent back multiple times to be corrected. In the end we ordered plain water as that was hard to mess up. Server never bothered to check in once, all discussion was had directly with the bar since our server was no where to be found. Every single item we ordered came out burnt, think charcoal burnt not just a little brown, burgers with a 1/4inch crust of burnt, bacon unrecognizable, just absolutely awful. Which we would've mentioned to the server if she could be found. Server herself was clearly overwhelmed, which she even mentioned herself, and in spite of being missing most of the meal she was very pleasant. Maybe if the manager had not be sitting at the booth with a very obnoxious and loud female patron watching the football game and instead helping his staff or supervising his kitchen it would've been a more enjoyable meal out. Used to be a decent place to eat, came back into town for the first time in a while and obviously it has gone downhill. Will never go...
