Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House — Restaurant in Caledon

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Stacked Pancake and Breakfast in Bolton, Ontario, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. This charming restaurant surpassed my expectations with its mouthwatering food, quick service, and cozy ambiance.

Being a meat lover, I was overjoyed by the wide variety of breakfast options tailored to my preferences. The meat eater breakfast I ordered was an absolute delight. It was a massive portion that could easily satisfy two hungry individuals. The bacon, sausage links, and ham were cooked to perfection, offering a burst of flavors with every bite. The quality of the meat was outstanding, and I found myself thoroughly enjoying this indulgent breakfast.

What impressed me the most during my visit was the fast and efficient service. Despite the restaurant being packed with people on a Wednesday morning, the staff managed to attend to each table promptly and with genuine smiles on their faces. Their attentiveness added to the welcoming atmosphere and made the dining experience all the more enjoyable.

The restaurant itself had a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It seemed relatively new, and the interior decor was tastefully done. The fact that it was already bustling with customers during a weekday morning spoke volumes about its popularity and the high quality of its offerings.

I must mention the thoughtful touch of having syrup readily available at the table. It made it convenient to drizzle just the right amount on my food without any wait or hassle. Pre food: If I wasn't hungry and low blood sugar right now I'd leave. Was seated quickly, table for two. Given menus but no drink order taken. Eventually someone came to take drink orders but she was pretty curt. I can't tolerate gluten so I asked what was gluten free. She insisted that everything can be made gluten free and, despite her attitude I thanked her and she left. Ordering food did not go well. When I asked for the menu item I wanted and said gluten free she told me that isn't possible. They can't make it gluten free and got agitated with me. I asked if there was something that could tell me exactly what could be ordered gluten free and she got even more agitated and rude. I just randomly picked something and she just kept being rude. The person I was with even asked if I wanted to just leave cause she was that bad. After ordering I went to another staff and explained that I do not want to be served by that person and asked if there was a manager. Guess what? The manager doesn't really come in much. Just when he feels like it. And obviously wasn't there now. The server I asked a manager for ended up serving us the rest of the time. Getting the food: in all fairness it came quickly. But wrong. With all the fuss over gluten free, she put my order in wrong and I got gluten. They swear the pancakes were gluten free but we'll see by tomorrow if that's true. Not impressed, I came through after my 24hour show shift for somthing hardy, my go to for years has been this cowboy breakfast hash ( ive also been craving for 3 pluse weeks so i take this personal) today I was served with somthing I never tried before and it being take out too, not much I can do now, except write this review if the issue is resolved apon next week when i come in to sort this out i will take this down normally the cowboy hash is composed of hamburger Chipotle sauce eggs of your choice bacon n home fries and (satead onions I prefer mine without) I been a regular Comer of this franchise and am rather local to the area with work and at home so other then sorting this issue out I don't think I'm gonna be bringing my business back to this establishment, I have a photo reference this was made with green onions breakfast sausages and a sweet sauce not what I wanted and as a Long time customer I'm not impressed I haven't eating in over 20 hours and this is not cool, I've been going to stacked as long as I can remember, if I started messing up my clients stuff at the end of my shit I think I would be put of a job I understand I picked up at 2:50 but I ordered and confirmed with the lady on the phone what I wanted and was coming to pick up like every single item, don't go hear unless you wanna eat what you didn't order, other than that staff is sweet and kind but really needs to improve listening...
