I was so excited to have a burrito restaurant in Bolton! I saw the open sign and was there in a flash. I'm unsure how long they have been open for but it cant be more than a week.Upon walking in, I immediately notice the limited seating. This indicated to me that they are a "fast food" place which is perfect for me. The first employee (taking orders and preparing the tortilla and meat) was extremely kind! very perky, very professional. Was sure to tell us all the different seasoned meats etc. Although the second employee in the burrito assembly line (topping burritos with veg, sauce etc) seemed extremely stressed out and in turn was rushing myself and other customers. This caused a strain on the customer line, making customers a little more irritable, trying to tell her to hold on a second. This made for a bumpy process.
We ordered a burrito and two tacos. The food was DELICIOUS and fresh! Aside from the stressed out employee, we got our food at a very speedy pace and we were pleased with the price and quality.
Ingredients were all laid out fresh for you to choose. The equipment was very clean.

So instead of contacting me they contacted skip. And then an hour later I got a phone call from Suman who is the person who contacted me from this restaurant and she was extremely rude and would not listen to what I was saying to her. And then she had the audacity to hang up the phone on me and said āsorry I thought you said I will call you backā. What makes you think that I want to call you back when Iām asking for an explanation regarding my order. I found her behaviour unacceptable and rude.
