This was ridiculous. Ordered two chubby chicken burger, combos through Skip the dishes for my kids for dinner…. The order came with one chubby chicken burger, two fries, and two drinks.. I attempted to contact the location, which told me that they would check their cameras and get back to me…. I encouraged the man to check his cameras as I have not received the second burger .. He called me back approximately 15 minutes later telling me he had put it in the bag ..:: I think this is absolutely ridiculous … I had to make my second severely disappointed child A grilled cheese sandwich …. But to be really honest to have somebody Dismiss everything and argue with me about the burger that is missing .. Your corporation makes so much money every year …. You’ve shorted me a burger … And now you’re calling me a liar …. And refusing to give me the burger that I’ve already paid for that did not manage to make it to my house…. His response was possibly the delivery driver stole it …. I’m not 100% sure what he’s thinking, but the bag comes with double sided tape, but it would’ve been obvious if it was tampered with …. Needless to say, I won’t be going to A&W Anytime soon and definitely not this location with people who can’t seem to manage to have any empathy ….. customer service was so bad it...

Upon finally reaching the payment stage, I encountered an additional challenge. The card reader was positioned at an inconvenient height, rendering it difficult for me to complete my transaction. When I attempted to pay, the employee exhibited irritation, which was both uncalled for and disheartening. One would expect a certain standard of customer service, particularly in a fast-food environment where efficiency and courtesy are paramount.
In summary, my experience on that day was marked by both poor service and a lack of basic courtesy. I hope that steps will be taken to address these issues, as they detracted significantly from the customer experience. However I ordered a well done burger and it was borderline cold certainly not well done. Probably came from a warming drawer or something. I specifically avoid the location on 16 ave because of undercooked beef burgers and this is why I always order my burger patty well done. This was my first experience here but I can tell you if you can’t take the extra time to do my burger well done as I asked and was specifically noted in the bill then I will also be avoiding this location in the future. I might try one more time mainly because of how close your location is to my house but all in all when the staple of the meals patty is soggy and luke warm with no line up to be rushing for, disappointing is the most appropriate term to describe my meal.
Edit: Dec 25th 2021 late night drive through. Food was perfect to order. Service was professional. I didn’t catch the lady’s name but there couldn’t have been more than 2 people working at the time and they rocked it. And working on Christmas. Night shift team rocks. Thanks for making up for my first experience....
