Come here often, their Teen burgers, Onion rings, and Coffee are always very good. The male supervisor/manager is always kind and nice to deal with. The female supervisor/manager; however, is another story. She's mostly pleasant but she will charge you ridiculous prices. For example, she was going to charge me $14.99 for a Teen burger. ?????? What? Thank goodness, I had a coupon for 2 but she still overcharged me. The coffee has changed; it was watered down and so acidic that it gave me the worst heartburn that I've ever had in my life. For hours, I had heartburn. What happened to their coffee? Did she serve me OLD coffee or what? Onion rings are now $5.09, two large coffees, she charged me $2.80 each !! Even the tiny apple pie has gone up. And now, on top of everything else, we have to pay extra for a paper bag. The world has gone nuts. I don't plan to come back anytime soon, and if I do, I'll make dam sure that the male supervisor/manager is on staff that day because the female will gladly rip you off with...

Not very satisfied with the food tonight; I bought food for dinner and I was told I had to wait while they cooked my food. I waited 25 minutes before I got my food and when I got home to have my Uncle burger the burgers were not correct and I was not pleased with the service. I felt like it that the burgers were undercooked and that when I could have got sick. The manager in the back was not very nice while I waited for my burger and I am thankful for the free desserts but still doesn’t excuse while my food is not good. I am also a little disappointed that while I waited the front clerk only had one employee working while the others were in the back. I will not recommend this place as it does...

First time back to this location in several years. I stopped coming here as they used to make a lot of mistakes but I was hungry and nearby so I decided to see if they improved. The good: order was ready fast. Special requests were followed. No bacon on my teen burger (this is a win as they used to leave it on even when asked not to and I don't eat pork). I also asked for extra pickles and they delivered. The bad: one of the reasons my kids and I love A&W is you get a generous clump of fresh lettuce in your burger. Today's burgers had wilted outside pieces. Not appetizing. Thankfully we're going home so I'll pull out the wilted stuff...
