Terrible experience. My father and I got 3 gift cards for some friends for $10 each. The first time we went, the first two cards loaded fine. The third card was having issues so they tried swiping, tossed out that card, took another card, swiped that one, and tossed that out again. They said they weren't loading. Understandable, could be a technical issue. A supervisor came and did the exact same thing. The other lady checked the balance on the first two cards and said there was $10 on each. Finally, they gave me a third card and said it worked.
After we were long gone, we checked the receipt and it said that the first two cards had a remaining balance of "VOID" and the third card had $20. Went back a different day to explain the problem and gave them all the cards and the receipt. Turns out the cards we got weren't even the same cards as the ones on the receipt? Confusing. The same supervisor was there but didn't say a word or come to assist. The person helping us said "fine, we'll give you new ones but I guess it'll have to be out of my pocket, case closed" - as if he was trying to guilt trip us or that we were lying (I can understand that people prob try to rig the system but the receipt says what it says). Incredibly unhappy with the service. Everything to solve the problem was on their end. Didn't appreciate...
Read moreI was at the Beddington Heights Tim Hortons on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 8:25AM to get some coffee for myself and some colleagues at work.
None of the staff acknowledged me while I was waiting with a 3 year old boy in my arms because I couldn't leave him waiting in the car and he couldn't walk; not even the manager on duty. When one of the baristas came to the till, she served another customer who had arrived after me. When she saw me, she still did not acknowledge me and did not serve me. The manager totally disregarded me as well.
Hey Beddington Heights Tim Hortons, don't give me that "we were busy" excuse. If there's no line up and the manager has time to chat with the customer you're clearly not busy at all. You just don't care for parents who are struggling when they come into your store. You don't want to sell me coffee? Fine, I went to McDonald's instead and found out their coffee tastes way better than yours anyways. You don't care to serve? Just close down already then. You are a waste of space anyways.
Bad service, mediocre coffee!! No wonder McDonald's beat Tims in coffee sales. Never going back to that SH#:&%hole...
   Read moreGood Morning,
I just left Beddington Tim Hortons, it's Extremly busy today, the busiest I've ever seen it. But the staff are working the best they can with the rush they have. We didn't wait too long for coffee or tea, drinks like ice caps and chills etc. Take a bit longer to wait for. Buy overall good.
Anyway my biggest review goes to a woman Named Joy, she worked the sandwich counter this morning at 10 am when i was there like a god damn PRO. I stood there and watched her make 10 breakfast sandwiches in 2 minutes. I shit you not. She had an amazing system going.. with NO HELP.. Sandwich orders coming through like wild fire.. had my 2 breakfast wraps done like 10 seconds after the 10 breakfast sandwiches. I know in any type of retail or food services people like her don't get recognized enough for there skill, and determination to make customers happy.
Please acknowledge how hard of a worker she is, with a smile that never left her face the whole time. Much respect to those who work these jobs. It's not easy.
Girl take yourself out for a drink later, you deserve it!! I will be coming back to see...
