Cleanliness is huge when coming to any food business, my respects for those this evening at avesta that stayed clean while working, this being the tall man working on prepping food and the woman helping him and even as well as the cook himself.

the one lady with the mole on her face just didn’t respect that to where she would touch her face to wipe sweat off her face and then proceed to touch somebodies chicken kabobs they were cooking, also no gloves and handled cash and cash register (insane amount of germs on there)

Service was amazing too, definitely a very hard working team powering out consistent meals and focused.

onto the food, the gentleman kindly asked if i wanted multiple pitas ( no other shop i’ve been to has offered more then the standard 1) i politely declined. requested for grilled onions and i received. Potato’s were bomb 🔥their house green chili sauce was also really nice with vegetables, chicken & rice was nicely moist and chicken had a lot of flavour.

This reviews is posted as per request. I had a coupon from this place on door dash so I placed the order. I am glad I did. The owner was working at the store at my time of arrival. I have IBS and can only tolerate certain level of fat and spice at a time. The owner is an expert chef and he had this fat to portien ratio in mind which really surprised me. He assured me that I will be fine. I am very happy that I agreed. This is my favourite shawarma Donair place in the city now. No brainer here and probably only with money back offer that If u don't like u get money back.

Taste is very good for a middle eastern meal that's only costing 14 dollars. This thing can last a careful eater like me a whole day and It still won't be dry. The spice profile is not super unique but sure has less of cheap red chillies that cause a discomfort. Very balanced amount of fat in there however I wish chicken was more fresher than being used. The char On the chicken is non existant but its all okay for the rest of the quality product that's being delivered. Sauces are very balanced and well and not screaming loudly with cheap cooking oil.
