Cal City Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

Just had a very bad customer service but don’t want to spoil there rating because pizza was awesome. First thing it’s location is not up to date on google map. Actually located 600mtr far from listed location. Had to call several time to ask for location. Girl pickups the phone every time in rush and didn’t tell location correctly. Even i requested to stay on call while she said i am near to the outlet but she just disconnected the call and i have to stay on IVR waiting to connect again. Luckily after reached at counter upon asking about my order with the name of it. Girl asked last 4 digit of phone from where i have ordered pizza. Upon asking i told her that yes its a prepaid order. But she still needs so many other details like how i order when i order etc. i thought seriously? Before ask for my order I complained about the incident but they all ignore that …!!! Honestly i leave my pizza box at the counter as it was frustrating just to validate my order with them but i think girl realized that now she is doing too much. 1/5, I was not impressed. My first and last try here. If you are looking to compare to places like supreme or select this will NOT compare. This is a simple/plain pizza, not worth the hype. $44 for 2 pizzas. Compared to other places like it, I'd say This was $10-12 too much for what it was.

The crust was thin and nicely done.

Sauce was pretty bland, They put very little toppings on the pizza, it was not filling and not very flavorful. Not sure why people say it's the best they have had. It's only slightly better then little Cesars.

Savanna store, The parking lot was full or garbage and junk everywhere. Obviously the complex management company is not taking care of this. There was way too many cars in the lot, and no where to park.

The store was packed with Indian people (this is not racism, it is a fact - I'm Indian too btw) those people in the store where obviously frustrated and were pushing and shoving.
