I've ordered hakka noodles from here twice, once I ordered mild vegetarian noodles a few months ago and they were the spiciest they could be, I had one bite and my mouth was on fire for longer than it needed to be and when I had gone back to exchange it for a less spicy order (after I had called to make sure that it was okay to come back and exchange), the lady that owns the place had told me that I have now wasted her noodles and she has to throw them out to give me new ones...had they been made correctly the first time, her noodles wouldn't have been "wasted". Then I ordered hakka chicken noodles today with my coworker months later and the chicken was hard and old.
Also forgot to mention, both my co workers and I stomach are hurting after eating the noodles.
RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: What's wrong with the noodles is EXACTLY what I posted in the review where I said the chicken was old and hard and not chewable. What more do you want me to say? It was not just I who thought that, my co worker also thought the same. EXACTLY WHAT I SAID ABOVE. We don't mind coming into your restaurant and talking face to face if that's what is needed in order for you to understand how terrible your noodles are. You need to learn how to talk to customers and learn better customer service. Who knows, maybe you gave us old noodles and your other customers fresh noodles. Let me know if you want us to come in and talk to you directly. Learn how to take constructive criticism and apologize to customers when you're supposed to instead if responding so rudely and negatively. Act your grown age. Your food might taste a little...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food was amazing, the server were very polite. We were out of nans, & when we requested for more we were told that the oven has been shut down & we can have some rice. We told them that all the dishes were supposed to be eaten by nans. Finally we told them itās fine we will take the food home. One of the servers told us that the waiter who took the order was overwhelmed as they were very busy & they will serve us some nans. When I went to pay the bill, I think it was the owners wife tells me that the guy who makes the man burnt his hand trying turn the oven on. I explained her to her that we had not finished eating & your server said that they cannot serve us any more nan & you donāt have to tell me that the guy burnt his hand because thatās none of my business. Instead of apologizing to me for their poor service she was trying to portray as it was our fault. She also stated to me that I was being rude to her on which i replied that she was the one who brought up the conversation. As I was visiting from another country I would never recommend anyone to the restaurant . I will also report the restaurant to The BBB & to the relevant...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDisappointed ā¹ļø The owners wife were having a conversation about charging extra money for adding extra vegetables like garlic in our regular Hakka noodles. The day one we are buying from here no questions asked or no one even update that from now onward will charge extra for adding veggies or anything that will be fair. However, i agree with her today and totally understand but as soon I was suggesting to put a notice so people like me donāt surprise after you order and expect additional charges. Her answer was that ā I am not I the mood to argue ā . As a customer I feel no importance and just pay her and buy the food from them. Unfortunately , her husband Bhaji was very nice as we just greet each other before he left today. āThat the first and last time dealing with her and itās sad that I canāt go back to some place where people will treat you according to their mood ā. It my opinion and nothing wrong to the food...
