Very inconsistent service. I have ordered here multiple times, and like the beef and bacon pizza, customize: no bacon add mushroom. To me, if I am removing a meat, I should not be charged extra for adding the mushroom. Mushroom is cheaper than bacon cost wise. I have gotten this with no issues from a man who answers the phone, but a women who takes the orders always tries to charge extra for the mushroom and says her system doesnโt allow for changes like this. Itโs just good customer service. I am able to do this with the man who works there, and Iโve ordered from another location (32nd Ave) with the same customization and not been charged extra. Why does this lady make it so difficult and not know how to make the changes? Why am I able to get this done with no extra charge from other locations and from another staff member? I thought I found a pizza place I really enjoyed, but the issues and stress your staff caused from the lack of training and lack of customer service skills has made me stop going to your location. The gujrati guy working at front was very rude and had no manners or any idea about what customer service is. He was chatting to some other customer, who was also gujrati (I understand gujrati well, so I figured out he was gujrati). He was busy chit chatting with that customer and totally ignored me for good 5 minutes, I was just standing there, waiting to order, that was so rude and he didnโt even said hi or asked me to wait. It was not like he was taking his order because in that case I was happy to wait for my turn, they were just chatting casually. Then a lady came, she was wearing glasses and she just came at front and stood there, never greeted me or asked me what would I like to order.It was so awkward! My husband ordered a cauliflower crust pizza for me, due to blood sugar issues I couldn't have a regular crust. I had some only to find my blood sugar was high, far higher than it should have been from a cauliflower crust. So I called to let them know what had happened. I wasn't looking to get anyone in trouble, I wasn't even looking for money back. I just wanted to let the store know what had happened so they could be more mindful and let the staff know what had happened. I was met with "it must have been the other location," and "sorry maam that order doesn't exist." Which made me second guess myself on whether or not my husband had ordered correctly.
