Booster Juice — Restaurant in Calgary

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment and have placed multiple orders in the past few weeks.

I noticed that the consistency of my favorite high-impact açai double whey with energy booster has changed recently. It appears to be less viscous and watery, falling short of the standard I have come to expect from this establishment.

In the past, I appreciated the generous portions that would often accompany the additional ingredients, but it seems that the quality of the products has somewhat diminished under the new management.

Furthermore, I would like to express my concerns regarding the customer service and cleanliness I experienced. I found the staff's attitude to be less than welcoming, which may be indicative of a need for more training in hospitality and communication skills. Moreover, I observed that the staff did not seem to maintain the cleanliness of the premises as diligently as they should, giving the impression of a lack of commitment to their responsibilities.

In the spirit of providing constructive feedback, I hope the management will take these concerns into account and make the necessary improvements to ensure a consistently positive experience for all customers. This includes addressing the issues related to product quality, customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

Showed up at 9:42 and staff was already packing up for the night counting the cash flow. I figured no big deal I’m using debit it won’t effect the float. Only to get a snarky remark of “we can’t do any sales our machine is down” pretty hard to believe, I know it’s hard to find staff who care nowadays but it’s not the first interaction with laziness I’ve had at this location. I’m always mixed with this place. The product is amazing, always is. Clean store with a fresh selection and bright colours. However, this location seems to be a void when it comes to customer service.
