Jenna: The Best Server at Boston Pizza
When you walk into Boston Pizza, you're greeted with delicious smells, a lively atmosphere, and, if you're lucky, Jenna—the best server you'll ever meet. Jenna isn't just good at her job; she goes above and beyond to make every customer's experience special.
First of all, Jenna is incredibly friendly. She always has a warm smile and a cheerful attitude, making everyone feel welcome. No matter how busy the restaurant gets, she takes the time to greet each table with kindness and enthusiasm.
Not only is she friendly, but Jenna is also incredibly fast and efficient. She remembers orders without needing to write them down and makes sure food and drinks arrive quickly. Even when the restaurant is packed, she keeps everything running smoothly without making customers feel rushed.
One of the best things about Jenna is her attention to detail. She remembers regular customers and their favorite orders. If someone has a food allergy or dietary restriction, she makes sure their meal is prepared just right. It's this level of care that makes her stand out.
Jenna also has a great sense of humor. She knows how to make people laugh and brighten their day. Whether it's a joke, a funny comment, or just playful conversation, she makes dining at Boston Pizza feel like a fun and relaxed experience.
Another reason Jenna is the best is her ability to handle difficult situations with ease. If there's a problem with an order, she fixes it right away with a positive attitude. Even when dealing with demanding customers, she stays professional and kind.
She also works incredibly hard. Some nights, Boston Pizza is packed with hungry customers, but Jenna never slows down. She makes sure every table is taken care of, checks in often, and always seems to be one step ahead.
Beyond her excellent service, Jenna genuinely cares about people. She remembers little details about her customers' lives and asks about their day. This personal touch makes people feel valued and keeps them coming back.
Her coworkers love her just as much as the customers do. She's always willing to help out, whether it’s covering a shift or giving a new server some advice. Her positive attitude makes the entire restaurant a better place to work.
In the end, Jenna isn’t just a great server—she’s the heart of Boston Pizza. She turns a simple meal into a memorable experience, and that’s why customers keep coming back for more. If you ever get the chance to have Jenna as your server, consider...
Read moreAvoid this location! And reading the comments below the owner/mgmt. only apologizes and asks you to comment on their site while in no way dealing with any form of discount or compensation for a future visit which is pretty sad. We were a party of 5 and told there was no room in the dining room and told to try the lounge. We had a 6 yr old kid with us! Asked the hostess if the child was allowed in the lounge and she said nope 18 and over and then we asked her why she even suggested it in the first place and she actually left as there was another girl there now for us to talk to. Finally this new girl seated us after 5 minutes and we ordered except that 2 people in my party didn't eat pork and one ordered the bacon cheeseburger pizza and SPECIFICALLY asked if they can do it without bacon and the server checked and reassured us yes and guess what? It came with bacon as my dining partner found out a few bites in. We all ordered pop and the pepsi came out as diet pepsi for all. We asked and she took it back and brought it out again as all diet pepsi lol. So mustve been something wrong with the syrup lines. The initial host who was rude came out and I could see her at one moment talking at the bar with a couple servers (ours included) and would look over at our table until she and I made eye contact. We found this quite rude. The manager never came to address the royal screw up on the pizza and the steak my other friend ordered medium rare came out more medium well. We even had to ask for refills of "diet" pepsi as this was never offered from our server. I'm sure other locations are different or at least I sincerely hope so. I'm sure the manager will reply to this like he does every other negative review with the copy and paste and not even try and redeem...
Read moreI have not been to Boston Pizza in years, and I have not eaten in a restaurant since 2019. My partner and I are both quite cautious about eating in public even this far into the new normal of covid. Dakota, the manager, was absolutely supportive and wonderfully accommodating. He was willing to do whatever he could to ensure our dining experience would be enjoyable. My favourite bit was when he reminded me WHICH Boston Pizza location I was ordering from. Apparently customers often order from one location but go to pick up their order from another! And then there's the food! My partner and I love a good pasta meal, so we went with the Baked 7-cheese Ravioli and the Hungry Carnivore (spaghetti, not penne). The portions are HUGE; we typically have to take a bit of the meal home when we dine out, but wow! My partner ate maybe a third of the serving, and was delighted to have two 'leftover' meals for later. The sausage in my pasta was delightfully spicy, and the meatballs actually tasted like BEEF. The food was great, and if you've eaten at a good family restaurant you can probably picture the sort of food I'm talking about. However, the service truly set this place apart for me. Whether you are ready to dine out again or would rather do takeaway I strongly recommend this restaurant...
