Chicago Deep Dish Pizza - Calgary's Original — Restaurant in Calgary

Ordered a medium pizza from Chicago deep dish at 18:20 today. They told us it would take 1hr to get to our location. At 1hr 12mins, we called again to ask about the pizza. The person on the phone assured us it would be there in the next 10 mins or so. That was not the case. After another 30 mins, contacted the line again at which point the representative said to contact him when the pizza had arrived so he would reconcile the delay with a discount. (this is at 19:56 - I'm looking at the cell time log as I type). The pizza arrived at 20:30. The rep was contacted again to which he (I'm sure in his opinion) retained our business with a "whopping" $5.00 discount... ... the bill came to $40 including said discount. I'm not at all "that guy" and I try to support local whenever possible, but Chicago Deep Dish has made that incredibly difficult. Highly unlikely I'll be ordering from here again since I could have made a round trip to any other local store across town twice in just the time over budget that it took to get here. Pizza's in the oven...

What happened to this Ogden branch? they use to be good, the last few orders have been terrible. Tonight ordered a Mr. Universe Pizza. showed up cold and the dough was RAW. I could have made a loaf of bread out of the RAW dough. the dough was sticky and had the texture of glue, [ like RAW dough].Called the store back right away, the Woman on the phone was combative right away, and told us to bad and did not believe us. and that we would not get a refund. and that I had to deliver the pizza back to them and they would inspect it. That was their return policy LOL. She actually said" she is done with us and hung up the phone" I think she has it wrong "WE" are done with them , it's the last time i will ever order from them period!!!!!. That is not cheese but Raw dough in...

Ogden location. Ordered 2 of their specialty pizzas for pick up. Got home and the pizzas hardly had anything on them. Called right away and the lady said not to worry and would be refunded. When I called the ogden location back the next day to make arrangements, the lady was rude and refused to refund.

$60 of pizza crust with hardly any toppings on it was my problem, not there's.

They could also use some lessons on how to use a broom and some kind of soap to clean the place. Dont believe me? Just stop in and poke your head in the door to have a look.

Enough said. Never ordering from there...
