We ventured over to Freeport Food and Drink on a Sunday for my anniversary. It was conveinently located in an area with three big hotels but no options but this place for nearby food. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. I enjoyed the Chicken Alfredo and husband had Salmon. It was a bit pricey but worth it. I had wings the following day and that was less impressive as the lemon pepper lacked seasoning and seemed frozen fried. Overall I recommend.

I wasn't staying at the hotel 11 because I was at the hotel next door, but Happy I found the restaurant Freeport great Atmosphere the food menu was also top and the food really Good, they have a special menu as well a variety of spirits , A special menu for every day during happy hour. The Bartender Veronica what a lovely and friendly service from her most attentive and charismatic person . Definitely I will return.

Do not order the room service nachos. For $25 you get liquid cheese. Barely any toppings. However.. the staff is amazing and sent me up a real order of nachos that was perfect. Please make sure to just pick up your nachos to get real ones!

Just left there for dinner with my husband. We have never dined there before so we decided to try it . Firstly, we were told by our server that it was “Wine Wednesday” and glasses of wine were $6. We asked which ones and her response was that she had to check as she doesn’t usually work on Wednesday’s. We looked at the menu and in my opinion the prices were extremely high. I decided to order the fish and chips which were $18.95. When the entree arrived it consisted of two tiny pieces of fish that was overdone, coleslaw that was bland and fries. The batter fell of the fish immediately and was soggy in texture. I did eat the fish as I was famished but left hungry as I didn’t want to eat anything else. Was really disappointing as I think nothing is worse then going out for dinner and the meal is terrible. We would NEVER return or recommend this restaurant. Also the service was inadequate as she forgot gravy that we had ordered and then when we asked for our bill , it never came as she was busy talking to the other server. We finally had to get up and proceed to the cash register and then she processed our bill . Don’t try this place, you’ll leave hungry and...

Was not impressed with some of the food items and especially services. Started off with staff failing to recognize a need for high chair. Then either a mix up of food order or chef failed to execute steak orders properly as we had two steak order of which one is medium well and one is medium rare. My medium rare came after the medium well order and not only was it overcooked, the cut of the steak was fatty and chewy. The waitress also had the child meal side dish wrong as we asked for steamed veggies and what ended up on the table were carrot and celery sticks with dressing. To finish off the sub-par evening, staff failed to deliver the dessert and when asked, still not delivered until we almost left. Then the ice cream delivered was very soft close to melting. Though the staff appear to be courteous, the lack of attention to details was disappointing. For the price of food and gratuity paid, it was an evening to forget. Not impressed at all....

The hotel staff initially handled our complaint about cold, dry lava cakes well, offering replacements. However, the manager's rude attitude and refusal to replace both cakes were disappointing. The manager's rude behavior, calling up to my room to spoil my night, was completely unacceptable and left me disgusted. It's crucial for businesses to ensure menu items match expectations and for managers to treat customers and staff professionally

In response to the "owner's" reply, while I appreciate receiving a new dessert, the issue lies in the manager's subsequent call to my room, where she undermined her staff and displayed discourtesy. Poor management can detrimentally impact both customers and staff. Following the call, there was no apology or explanation provided. It's unacceptable for a manager to call a customer's room just to ruin their night. Despite her claim of swearing, I never used inappropriate language; I merely commented on...
