I’ll get right into it. The service from owner/employee (Laura) was very uncomfortable. Ill explain further, as soon as i walked (Laura) started walking me through their menu after asking for a table (I felt like i was at a drive through). Normally you allow/welcome your guests and at least allow them to be seated first. After making an order and received it she seemed to push hard several times after if i wanted more drinks and food after telling her i am ok. (I almost felt bad for saying no so many times). When i was paying my pool tab which is half off Sundays (Laura) always tries to charge me full price, when i mention that its half off today she acts like she had forgotten and corrects the price on the debit machine. Im confident this is done on purpose since this happened to me multiple times and to a friend of mine. At the end the food and tables were ok. Read moreThis Friday night my little sister and her friends were on our way after feeling uncomfortable at another pool hall. Upon entrance the security Adrian asks for ID and when shown in my wallet immediately puts his hand in my face and say so can’t see that. In no way was anyone disrespectful and this man runs to the head bar tender lying about me saying profanities and being rude to him. Alexis was super sweet but not on shift trying to make us feel better and lighten our mood. We even spoke to the manager very respectfully and were not allowed entry. They have a very emotional security guard named Adrian that was the only one rude in the whole interaction and proceeded to run and “tattle tale” - this is all so unserious. We stood outside laughing with the regulars and will be back on Monday to visit for the first time and visit the lovely Alexis. She is the only helpful...
