Before I left at home around 2pm ish. I ordered online of 2 Big Crunch combo with 2 cans of pepsi. I’m expecting when I arrive at the store my food is ready for pick up. When I’m already at the store. The cashier is assisting the other customer busy preparing the other food, and When I get a chance, I tell to cashier her name is Noemi, that I have online ordered for pick up! I gave my name to her and I pointed those package of bags at the counter, and she grab the bags that similar on my order and I didn’t realize that she gave me a wrong order of 2 zinger combo instead of Big Crunch combo with 2 cans of pop. I didn’t check the food and the name written on the package! Coz, I’m assuming that the food is mine. After a while, she call me several times on my phone. I can’t answer the phone while I’m driving, she left a message on my voicemail. I called the store right after I see the name on the package and got a wrong order. She asked me to drive back to the store location to return the food but I refused it. Because I’m far away! When she realized that I’m so upset on the phone. She offer and bribed me a reimbursement of the food on my next visit at the store. Because of her simple mistake!

Read moreVery disappointed order last weekand and they charged me twice for my order I called on Friday to the store to tell them what had happened and the shift manager wouldn't help me it's been a week and I am still waiting for a refund of 40.35 and tonight they not only gave me the wrong amount for my refund. I called my bank to find out that they were trying to take my refund out of my bank when I called back after the call with the bank I had gotten the same shift manager and she promised to have the drive delivere it to me before they closed tonight and nothing Noone showed up and Noone called to confirm so now I have another amount coming out of my account again. Never ordering or going to this location ever again the shift Manger that was on tonight was very rude and promises that she shouldn't probably make.... if there was a .5 raring that's all I would give this. Read moreI am know for being a 'brutally honest' person, whether good or bad, so lets go for it; Should have guessed why she gave me mit full of napkins, chicken not tasty as was years ago and thinner coating - also either dry meat or soaking of oil and had noted fat spots. Gravy was, well...crap, thin/runny (so not like thick and tasty like years ago) loaded with grease/oil and low taste. Fries so-so & cooked dark as i like - but had subtle taste of Cabella's sweet potato fries seasoning. Popcorn chicken was almost rubbery and dry, poor flavor. New onion rings with hard & 'razor blade like' over cooked coating - has me needing bandaids for my now raw mouth & yet still not that tasty (maybe cause of the pain). Everything clearly seems geared to cutting costs/quality (and cust's). Over all comment: would i go again? Well... if i was looking to risk a heart bypass ...and... if no other fast food within say 75km, but only if there's a sale... maybe. Lucky to even get a 2star but fries tipped...
