Koko's Restaurant and Sports Bar(Now Hangout Sports Bar, Restaurant & Party Hall) — Restaurant in Calgary

Not sure, in this day and age, how a place like this still exists outside of Las Vegas. The food was mediocre at best (gristle steak sandwich- :-p) . The service was OK, just OK. When I walked in my first thought was, "why is it so hot in here? " One look at the "uniforms" worn by the all female serving staff and you'll understand why. I recognize it's their choice to work there, but I have to wonder what makes these girls tolerate being pawed at by ownership/management and regulars. I'm also curious what the interview process is like lol Overall the staff seems kind, but uncomfortable. They are accommodating to requests. The decor is nice and the ambiance is relaxing and casual. But if you're not up for body parts hanging out, then this isn't the place for you. And the food isn't worth the return visit. But the beer is cold and if this style of place is your style, then you should check it out. Might be good for male business meetings where distractions are good...
