Edo Japan — Restaurant in Calgary

I ordered sumo sized teriyaki chicken on rice and kids pack from here back in February. I usually don’t order this way but since there was no line at this location, I tried something different.

The counter staff quickly leaned that I was a bit confused and considering what to choose from.

The staff kindly suggested fee options from their menu (she gave me the details about what is the difference in the portion on each item and she suggested what I should get that so I can get the best one for my family.

I have never been this comfortable ordering a new thing in a restaurant. I left tip at the fast food restaurant for the first time in my life!!

THIS IS CANADA, you cannot call customer's and threaten them that you have their information, name and number. This is absolutely not okay. It was YOUR fault that you did not provide the paid for items. She bought this for a group of people and we all WILL NOT EVER go to this location, in fact I am encouraging the entire group to write bad reviews and we will speak to head office bc this type of behavior is not okay. Not the portion sizes that I usually have when I order from other EDOs. The manager pulled out the scale and measured how much everything weighed and said I was miss information. He said that the sizes I received from all the other 11 EDOs I've been too was wrong. Lol never had a establishment ever weigh out my meal and take a picture and tell me the exact amount of food customer's are to receive with every meal. I know for next time. God for bit if two grains of rice went over the measured amount.
