I recently visited your TacoTime location at Aviation in Calgary and I have to say that I was quite disappointed with my experience. Specifically, I ordered the no-dairy veggie burrito and was surprised at how unsatisfying it was. After only a few bites, the burrito felt quite empty and lacked the expected salsa and beans that I had come to enjoy at other TacoTime locations. As a loyal customer of TacoTime for almost 20 years, I have visited many locations across Canada, but my last 3-4 visits to this particular location have left me feeling like it's not worth the price.
Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location in the future, and I may even discourage others from visiting it as well. I felt that it was important for you to know about my experience and what's happening at your business. I was excited to see Taco Time offering catering services as the No -profit I work with often holds programs that we supply lunch for and the build your own beef and chicken taco station seems like a great option for us. Unfortunately, the website was not reliable for delivery, after I placed my order for 11:30am delivery, I got an auto generated confirmation that my order would be delivered at approx. 2:30pm and after much digging and calling, I found out that Door Dash, the delivery partner, had the driver scheduled for 12:30 (so three separate and incorrect times) and what made matters worse was nobody -not myself, the taco time location, or Door Dash had any ability to edit or cancel the order. It was a giant mess. Luckily, the manager at this location, Kuldip, came in specifically and worked with me and on my order to have it ready at the time I needed it for. I was very appreciative of her and her team who were very nice despite my frustrating experience. Kuldip even gave me an extra taco for my trouble, which was thoughtful of her. Read moreI went in on Tuesday, September 27. I ordered one regular chicken burrito and large deluxe fries with beans. I asked to make sure no beef was in the order as it is against my religion. After a long wait I got my food to go and in my car took a bite of the burrito to realize it was a beef burrito. I went back in to get it changed only to be met with attitude and the excuse, "I'm new." I get that it would be fine with training but beef is against my religion and I told them that. I had to ask for my item 6 times while she was holding it because she kept saying "I'm new and I'm sorry." I eventually had to tell her how I didn't care for her excuses and I just wanted my item & to leave. Most taco times have a sticker on their burritos to avoid this issue but they didn't put any stickers on the packaging so I think my order and another person's order got mixed up. I got home and opened the large deluxe fries which were half full basically the same amount as the regular. The corrected burrito barely had any filling. I will...
