Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

This little Caesars took my money and then canceled my order without a refund or excuse. This location will steal from you. It was finally sent 2 hours late and cold. Canceling payment via bank due to food poisoning potential and it going straight into garbage not to mention the potential for tampering after everything I just went through I don't even want to test it, enjoy your next health inspection. Edit in response to.your response, you still have a legal obligation under the health act to provide me with a safe meal. My pizza was definitely not kept in hot holding and was definitely not delivered in an insulated bag and at a single organism splitting every second with the potential to kill me through botulism or 1 of many other food borne illnesses that can occur after 2.5 HOURS of room temperature you can most definitely keep your garbage pizza, terrible delivery people and overall garbage. I already emailed your corporate regarding your food safety as well as Alberta health. Go the way of your old neighbor Chelsea's pub...

If I could give this store a ZERO, I would.

My daughter did a mobile order Sunday night. When she got to the store, she was asked to wait another 20 minutes because the wings were not the flavor she asked for. The crew was not even apologetic about the inconvenience they caused. What’s worse is when we’re already eating the pizza at home. My almost 3 year old son started spitting the pizza and looked like he was choking. When we got the piece out of his mouth, there was a very long hair in the pizza crust!!!!

Very disgusting!

I tried to contact this location but was unsuccessful. I also left a comment on the website and was advised that someone will contact me soon. It’s already Tuesday and nothing from anyone from Little Caesar’s.

I live down the street. Don't know if they changed owners in the last few years. But it's gone severely downhill from what I use to pick up. Quality is down, staff never gets my order right 60% of the time you go in. I've only gone 3 times in the last bit. Just to give it a fighting chance. Honestly wasn't worth it. The place wasn't even busy and I waited 45 mins to an hour for my order and watched 2 other people who came In behind me to order the same pizza get theirs First. (they didn't call in before hand the place just forgot I was waiting on their bench) Would not recommend. When I finally got my pizza it was undercooked. Luke warm and honestly sloppy. Canadian pizza unlimited is across the street....
