Terrible Service, Food quality was bad, atmosphere felt like we were being rushed out.
My wife and I went through the drive through for breakfast, first thing we get to the window and my girlfriend asks for some ketchup in the bag, which she was ignored. Then she asked again and the lady in the window practically threw the ketchup into her hand. Maybe that's a little dramatic but it was roughly enough that I noticed it and my wife mentioned something about it after we left.
Secondly before we left the location, I checked the order as I always do, and the hash browns were still very cold, like they had been sitting out for 15 minutes. I went into the store and asked for some new ones, they immediately knew why I had returned, upon entering the store i was asked about the hash browns. It's like they knew they sent us out with old cold hash browns. They fired up some new ones for us, after this we left the location.
Third my wife told me the drinks were only half full, which I didn't believe until I opened up the cup and looked, it was filled about 2.5 inches from the top of the cup, which kind of felt pointless because we ordered a larger size of drink just to get a smaller drink anyways for more money.
Finally my sandwich was a Sausage and Egg sandwich. Same story as the hash browns, looks like it had dried out from sitting out for so long, the sandwich was very dry.
Honestly I don't think I'll come back to this location. There is no care for the customers, the only thing they care about is drive through times and it feels like they will do anything to achieve that. Including making you wait at the speaker until they finish the order, or serving old food to bring down ticket time. I wish we would teach our employees to care for the customer and not the numbers. I have worked in fast foods for my fair share of time and we were always taught to treat the customer with utmost respect and to make sure we are the best place they eat at. Drive through times aren't everything, food quality and overall service is extremely important and create a...
Read moreThis Burger King has always been generally slow but this experience was brutal. We arrive at 11:40 to this 24hour drive through with a lineup around the building. Other restaurants around closed at 12 but decided to stay given it is open 24 hours. After waiting 20 minutes just to get to the order screen they greeted us over the speaker just to have us wait again then proceed to have a employee come out and say there was cleaning going on and only skip the dishes orders were being taken by this time it was past 12:00 and other restaurant options were no longer open as I drove ahead I noticed the sign saying OPEN 24 HOURS was still on with no notice of being closed. An employee opened the window asking if we had the chicken nuggets giving me the impression there were still orders being taken and I said I was confused why there were no orders being taken when people were still getting food. They told me that it was skip the dishes but prior we looked online and the delivery was closed. I mentioned this and he replied they close delivery at 10:00 meaning people were getting order 2+ hours from when they ordered. When I asked why they didn’t mention being closed in the past 20 minutes he lied to my face telling me crates were put up in the drive through to block people from getting in at 11:55 which is not true because there were also people behind me with the line wrapping around the building. He proceeds to tell me the crates must have been moved which was not true as crates were there after we left. We were refused service randomly as we were about to order no notice as people were getting food. This is poor management poor communication and absolutely no care to make the restaurant appear closed as the open 24 hour neon sign was still on. you are better off ordering McDonald’s no matter how far away it may be anything is better than dealing with this excuse for a restaurant with there awful service and...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I absolutely would. I eat at this location every so often which will NEVER happen again. Please note I am a bit late posting this well deserved review. I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 junior whoppers, onion rings and the so called infamous "Sriracha King." Take a look at the pictures and let me know your thoughts. I'm sure you will be just as disgusted as I was. The only thing edible from a $20 order was the junior whoppers. The onion rings were soggy and the Sriracha King was barely warm. We all know that most fast foods advertisements never look like what is actually served. This is beyond words. The burger appeared to have been sitting under a warmer for way too long as the bun soaked up the sauce. It was soggy and unappealing. There were no traces of jalapeños as in their picture. The bacon was not crispy. I called several times and no one answered. I left a voicemail and no one returned my call. I ended up calling an hour later and someone answered. I explained my situation and was told they would get back to me the next day. The next day came and no one returned my call. I called and got I touch with the manager. She asked me to bring the food in as she was in disbelief. I saved all the food as it was not edible. I wne t back through the drive thru and she accepted the food. What was more disturbing is that she handled the food and helped a customer in the diner without washing or sanitizing her hands as I watched through the drive thru. Very disgusting during these times...COVID. Obviously this franchise is not operating in a safe manner. Overall the manager, Tracy I believe is her name was quite rude and grunted that they do not refund back money. Lol! First off I wasted my time and money driving back to their location on top of getting scrap food . In the end she returned my money. I will never EAT...
