Read moreFood is good however prices are misrepresentative. I am here writing this review because the owner of this place served me himself, and I raised the issue pf pricing with him with absolutely NO response from him or help to resolve my grievance. Absolutely not interested in making customers happy, because they have so many. why bother!!
I happened to order two chicken shawarmas, one in small and one in regular size (for $2 extra). However both shawarmas are the same size....when I ask him, his reply, accompanied with throwing his hands in the air, was that he can not do anything about it as this is how he gets his wraps from the supplier. my obvious reply is that he should not charge more, and only off one size/one price for the shawarmas, to which he says...this is what you get, i can not do anything about it.
its a shame they are out there doing business with no regards to customer service, and responding to a complaint by saying they can not do anything about it. He is the owner, he can decide on the spot that the pricing IS incorrect and charge accordingly, yet he charged me full amount. The only recourse available is to offer a review here and other forums to ensure people are aware...

My chicken shawarma was good but it was a little bit overcooked though.
The other day we went there ordered "donair pocket" which is donair wrapped in fresh cooked dough. It was mind-blowing!
Cons:
1- Ovens and those rotating shawarma devices made the store so hot that we could not take it and sat outside. 2 - The decor and chairs/tables were horrible and was not suitable for family or group of people.
Pros:
1- Tasty food. 2 - Friendly staff 3 - reasonable prices 5 - delicious baklava. 6 - convenient parking lot. 7 - decent variety of foods.
We go back some time to try its...
