Greco’s Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

Ordered pizzas today for my husband's birthday, and while the food was very good, Skip The Dishes did not deliver all the pizzas ordered. So, I called the restaurant, and was met by this surly woman who said "we prefer customers to pick up personally rather than use Skip The Dishes. Really? Then why use this platform for your restaurant! Then she informed me she would not sit and argue with a person about it. I just told her that I wanted the other food we had ordered for people, and that it's the restaurant's responsibility to ensure the proper order/amount goes out with the couriers. Very surly, and poor attitude on this staff person. First time we have ever ordered from Greco's and unfortunately it will be our last time! Awesome food/salad, but extremely rude staff members. So, finally she agreed to send out the remaining food, and "pay" for the delivery (wow!), but it would take another hour to get to us! 45 minutes later...still waiting! UPDATE** Received the pizza but not the actual pizza we ordered an hour...

I went there last week. While the pizza was great, the entrees and sides we ordered left a lot to be desired. While we're not a particularly choosey group about the quality of food, the service we got made our party uncomfortable.

There's an older woman that we had the unfortunate fate of being our server, and throughout our time there, she was ill tempered, unprofessional (she was cursing and talking about her private life with a fellow co-worker of hers that was audible enough to disturb our conversations, and gave us a presence of finishing our meal so we could open up a slot during rush hour (we had only been there for 40 minutes at that time). We constantly felt her eyes watching us during our time there.

I'm always for supporting small, local businesses, but this is the worse service I've had in a long time. So I doubt my party and I will be coming back here any time soon. Sorry for the negative review, but please consider re-training...

The older white lady server has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. She very clearly cannot handle the work load and the stress of being a server and should be let go immediately.

The whole restaurant is extremely outdated and unwelcoming. I went there because of a birthday but I would have personally never chosen this place and will encourage others to spend their money else where. I honestly don’t understand how this place has been in business for so long and I’m sorry for the negative review however it’s extremely important to beware of how your customers are feeling. I also see upon reading other negative reviews this same server has been mentioned before, you know where the problem lies. Get rid of her, she’s hurting...
