Unlike Elaine B's comment on small portions I have to extremely disagree. They serve heavy portions(not by American supersize standards but heavy in terms of Canadian Restaurants portions). Now, I'll put it in perspective, when I order from Big T's I order 2 meat meal and usually put it all away with no left overs, sides and all. I ordered from CCTH two nights in a row, last night our order was the Thai fried rice, pad Thai and an appetizer of fried squid. There was left overs for lunch the next day. Tonight we ordered green papaya salad, swimming rama ( not sure why it's called this because it's chicken and not seafood, doesn't matter was delicious) and chicken and shrimp spring rolls. Now, I state that the items I personally ate along with my gf were quite delicious except for one, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The culprit? Chicken and shrimp spring rolls. I will further explain, the first order came and when. I bit in I only saw veggies( they have two options of spring rolls the second is vegetarian) as I taken a few more bites I noticed that there wasn't any chicken or shrimp. So I called and explained what had happened that I was delivered the wrong order of spring rolls, and the lady was kind enough to send out another order (correct) free of charge! ALRIGHT! YES! FREE FOOOD! The order arrived within 20mins (booooooo) I was already full (yaaaaay) I figured I'd take a bite anyway and noticed again.no shrimp or chicken mostly cabbage...... My gf came up and looked at it and said there indeed was substance of meat in it....I looked and notice very small flakes.... Like small enough to fool any vegan refer to photo. This is why I docked a star in review, when people order from Vietnamese restaurants (pork spring rolls) they are essentially deep fried meat sticks. Am I missing something with this chicken and prawn spring roll? Why would I pay $9 for deep fried cabbage? Thanks again for staying with me on this long review and thank you to CCTH for trying to correct the issue, yes I will be ordering from here again, and no, there will be no spring rolls in any of my future orders.

This place is amazing! We ordered the Crying Tiger Beef, Chicken and Peas/Cauliflower curry, Egg and Noodle stir fry dish, Deep Fried Squid and Chicken Skewers. Overall, the crying tiger is a 10/10 dish with the beef being so tender and the spice being hidden... it builds up but the chicken curry is a literal 11/10. You need to order rice to go along with all dishes, I recommend the coconut rice and honestly the chicken dish is simple but rocks beyond what I could imagine. The egg and noodle dish was ordered for no heat and even though it was good, I would pass. If you cannot take heat and spice I would avoid this place. With that said, all dishes are mild/medium for spice and thai peppers are used which can raise the heat a fair bit. The appetizers were great and I highly recommend the deep friend squid as quantity was great for this one. Overall, I love this place and its a small place but the food is always a 10/10. Enjoy your coconut ice cream at the end.

Hands down THE BEST THAI IN CALGARY! The flavours are simply phenomenal! So rich and complex, I guarantee this will be a meal to remember. Everything we ordered surpassed anything I've ever tasted before. I recommend their Tom Gai (or something like that) coconut soup with mushrooms; it was so sweet, tasted like candy with just the right subtle spice. I also recommend the duck curry; the flavours are so bold, the duck wonderfully tender, and the eggplant in it was probably the best thing I've ever tasted. As if it couldn't get any better, we also had FREE ice cream at the end... And not just your average ice cream; beautifully rich and creamy coconut ice cream with fresh fruit. I would rate this restaurant 500/5 if I could

This is an atypical Thai restaurant with some interesting dishes and some rather confusing, For instance, the filling in the stuffed chicken wings was well done whereas the beef salad tastes more Greek / Mediterranean than Thai - a lot of olive oil, lemon flavor. Portions were rather frugal. Perhaps the takeout didn't showcase the best of the restaurant. The staff was very friendly over the phone and the delivery person, very professional. Overall, there is better Thai food around, at better price. We might give it a try again to improve the score of this review.
