I recently had the pleasure of working with Love Sugar & Dough for my daughter's first birthday celebration, and I must say, it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I laid eyes on the dessert table they catered, I knew we were in for a treat beyond imagination.

From the moment you walk in, you’re embraced by the warm, comforting aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries. The owner and head baker, Vibhor, has clearly poured his heart and soul into this place, and it shows in every detail.

Every item I tried was a true work of art. The croissants were perfectly buttery and flaky, with a delicate crunch on the outside and a soft, airy texture on the inside. And the cakes? Pure perfection — light, moist, and beautifully decorated. You can tell that only the finest ingredients are used, as each bite was bursting with flavor and freshness.

Well how I wish this was a sit-in restaurant. Vibhor Shahi most respectfully welcomed me to his bakery and it will be an unforgettable experience. His own story and background were inspiring to listen to. I badly wanted to sit down, and there were some empty chairs for takeout customers and I took full advantage of that, starting with a Jamaican patty and a delicious mug of Americano. As for takeout, I decided to go with 3 of his recommendations of sweeties that were staring at me from the display counter. Luckily, the "Stollen" bread with fruits and nuts had just been made and he offered me a slice that I finished with my coffee! I could have had the whole of it.
