ten years plus great pizza and good price would highly recommend and have to many friends .....last couple orders pizza nots so good and prices when up . Something has change last night is the last time we will order pizza /we call them to ask why pizza doesn't look or taste like Luigi's Pizza " what do you mean what do you not like" all of it under cook crust ,under cook cheese, lack of sauce, taste bad ,my son ate two piece worst pizza ever his remarks/wife normally like her pizza would not eat anymore after couple bites .Me ...looks different then what we normally order has to be something wrong. had one piece terrible pizza so i call them. Receptionist try her best to help, sent out two new pizza's by this time i was looking forward to a better pizza now really hungry same looking and taste pizza so disappoint had better frozen pizza will never order pizza from them again worst pizza i ever had waste of money file it...

I have been ordering from this place for nearly two decades. During that time, it's been consistently good pizza and chicken. Very friendly staff that always rose to and above expectations.

That has now changed. This evening, I ordered my usual, and brought it home. The quality of the pizza has suffered significantly: Thin, frozen crust (you can tell just by looking, let alone tasting), far less sauce than usual, and, despite asking for the pizza well done, the cheese didn't seem to be thoroughly melted. Prices also seem to have jumped considerably, but I'm willing to attribute this to prices increasing everywhere, so it is what it is. Overall, I am quite disappointed from this.

On a lighter note, the service was great. The new(?) staff/ownership were quite friendly and great to deal with, and the chicken wings are still as good as they've always been.

Long story short, overpriced, subpar pizza, but at least I...

We've been ordering from here for over 15 years. It used to be Owner Operated but now seems to be out sourced staff. The husband and wife couple were great, their polite two daughters would work there too. Known them all personally for years. Always great quality and excellent service. We called tonight hoping we would catch one of them there working again but no luck. We got non coherant service. Burned pizza, both the toppings and the crust. The Donair sauce is a liquid runny substance. I called to reach the owners and they weren't willing to help.. Radio silence on the phone and then asked " you want discount" no I want non burned pizza. And I want to speak to the owners. Nothing. I'm sure my phone number is now in the garbage. Just like the money I paid tonight along with the burned pizza. I would still like to be reached by the owners...
