My niece had a birthday dinner at this resto and it’s kinda disappointing for we didn’t expect the wait time to be that looong. (main courses were served first before the appetizers, and kids didn’t get their food as well not to mention it was just hotdogs, was out at 11pm). My niece told us that the resto knew that the reservation is for a big group. So we were expecting that they should be ready for us. As far as I know restaurants are able to suggest to customers if unexpected things happen like, if you are short staffs, and you can’t handle the group, you have foods not avail. in the menu or if you are not able to serve ala carte, you should suggest set meals instead(if you have one) to avoid the looong wait. I don’t think the 3 hour wait for most of our food is acceptable. One of my daughters did not get her order and lost her appetite. Some of the food esp. appetizers were taken out instead coz obviously it came out at closing time. Her boyfriend ordered spaghetti and wings at 8pm and was served at 11pm, tried the spaghetti but was not happy and we just pack it to go. I am not the kind of person to give negative reviews. And i truly understand in certain situations. But this, by far is the worst experienced I’ve had with my family. The owners are nice and so is the server, but being nice is not enough to compensate the bad experience. No complimentary dessert was offered or even just to lessen the 18percent gratuity to make up for the whole experience. I hope the owners will take this as a realization and a good example of how this experience can affect...

Read moreWe recently enjoyed an unlimited/AYCE brunch here, and it was fantastic! The owners were incredibly hospitable and accommodating throughout our experience. Although our reservation was initially for 10 am, we arrived later due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite this, the owners ensured that all the food remained fresh and the ambiance remained welcoming.
Additionally, some of us have allergies, and the owners were very attentive in pointing out which dishes contained certain ingredients. This attention to detail was much appreciated, as it allowed us to enjoy our meal without any concerns. The best part is that the dishes were flavorful and delicious, even those without shellfish and peanuts, which can be hard to find.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning for more delicious meals! Whether you're Filipino or not, this restaurant offers incredible value for its brunch experience. Highly...
