The Pros= At the time of entering the Restaurant the Place had the type of Business that you might expect for a Tuesday Afternoon. Which was Barely at all now don’t get me wrong it was completely empty as there was still people there it’s just that the restaurant was almost empty. Which is Great for those that don’t want all of the Crowd and Noise of the Kids but Still want to Dine at McDonald’s. The next is that it was Really Great that one of the Workers there came out and Helped us as soon as we walked up to in of the Kiosks, but more on that in my Cons Section. But as for now I liked how Helpful and Friendly she was. Then Next is that I Really like how Clean the Restaurant was at the time.
Then as for the wait time from Paying and Getting our Food which was Really Short which made sense, again Not Many People eating in there at the time. Then there’s the Fact that every time that I go in there and order Ice Cream This McDonald’s has Never Had An Issue with Their Ice Cream Machines. Like they Are Known to be every time that I go in there and order Ice Cream it was Effortless. No Matter when I go in there to Order Ice Cream. And Speaking of Ice Cream I know that this isn’t Ice Cream Per say but it still has Ice Cream elements in it. Considering that it was my First Time Trying out their Shamrock Thick Shake Available Only in March it was Presently Really Good. For some reason I was Fearing that it was just Simply Vanilla Ice Cream Only Painted Green for some reason, but Luckily it wasn’t. And Above this Parctulare McDonald’s is in an Great Location too for this Community. And that should do it for the Pros.
The Cons= But on the Flip Side Yes the Lady that Came and Helped us was Nice and Kind and all of that, but I just wished she wasn’t in such a Big Rush to Help Us. Because right when we walked in she came over and See if we Needed Any Help, As if we’ve been Standing there Aimlessly for At Least An Hour. And she never Left Our side while trying to help us which would’ve been Good Had she not Bugged In and Tried to Help Us very step of the way. Sure it was Fine for her to Show us that we could Scan Our Coupons and Where but after that I felt that I didn’t Need Her Help After that. In Fact Quit the Opposite by doing so She had Managed to make me Feel Like I Don’t Know How To Look at a Picture or Even Know How To Push a Button.
I just wished she would’ve just Stood Back and Let me do my thing and Call on her for Help if I needed. And wouldn’t Be in Such a Big Rush to Help Us. After All it’s Not My First Time Using a McDonald’s Kiosk or any Kiosk. Now moving on to Kiosks since that we’re on the subject, Sure it’s Really Convent for Those of that are Tech Savvy. But for those Few that Still Aren’t like my Mother I Just Wished that here was another Alternate way for her to still order from McDonald’s.
For a Fast Food Restaurant this place is Pretty Expensive Considering Portion Sizes or Rather Lack there. As it’s mainly Aimed at Little Kids. I Find it Strange and a Little Off Putting that My McFlurry Came in a Cardboard Box Instead of a Waxed Cup like in the Image. I know I Understand the Environment and all of that. When it comes to the Thick Shamrock Shake I Feels that’s it’s so Thick it Mind As Well be Ice Cream. And they Didn’t Give us a Separate Spoon as it was Too Think to Drink Unless I Let it Melt, Or Even a Straw But Still Delicious though. And that should do it for the Cons.

My girlfriend bit into her burger only to discover a spider embedded in the food and packaging — something that is not only revolting but also a serious health and food safety concern.
We immediately contacted the location, hoping to speak to someone who would take accountability or even offer a genuine apology. Instead, we were met with complete denial, rudeness, and an insulting suggestion that this “couldn’t have happened” at their store. We were offered a replacement meal — as if we would ever want to eat there again after something like this.
I’m deeply disappointed, not just by the contamination itself, but by the blatant lack of responsibility and dismissive attitude shown by the staff. A situation like this should never happen, and when it does, it should be taken very seriously. I am now considering reporting this to Alberta Health Services, as I don’t want anyone else to go through what we did.

Read more15 th july at 6:05pm At first l would say waited in the drive thur for 20 minutes to 30 minutes for fast food for my dinner and spend like $35 for my family means and l ordered a L fires from app with my points and l ordered another free fries it was all good at the first widows when l get pick up window the was a lady ( l beli e she is the manager cant see anything whoever give her that position she is not entitled for that position )if the app is saying that free fires dont see any reason why she had to refuse it l can't give you free fires ordered 2 fires than l dont want hold the line to argue with her than l went inside the the place over staffed like a fish pond dont see my it took so long for the order and than she had to refuse the fires and arguing.
