My feedback is directed to the management of this location and not to the general staff. This location needs to review its leadership and management. This morning I spent 22 mins waiting for two Large Moccas. 22 mins I will never get back. When I approached the counter to inquire about my order... I was met with a blank face.... expecting me to speak 1st instead of a "hi can I help you". She, dressed in a black dress shirt uniform, instead said nothing. When I produced my receipt she grabbed the receipt out of my hands and walked away... again saying nothing and not stopping to acknowledge me. I should mention there was an large audience watching as there was a large backlog of clients waiting for their orders also. What got me really upset at this scenario was the lack of empathy or acknowledgement by a senior person at this Restaurant. The individual was not a young student but a mature adult woman... who in my mind should know what professionalism is. When the order was ready... they sent a poor little server over to the counter with my two drinks and coupons. The little girl was clearly uncomfortable. I looked over to the some other people in white dress shirt unifonrms and stated th coffee was cold...(warm at best). Nobody said anything.... except for the poor little girl (who in my mind should get a raise and a promotion)... "sorry, the machine can't get it hot enough". I was at that point lost for words. If Macdonald's wants to enter into this space of high end premium coffee.... 22 mins for two cold moccas is not the way to do it. Imagine if Starbucks or Tim Horton's did that? Read moreMy drive through order was messed up two days in a row. The manager fixed my first order on the 13th. But yesterday the 14th, I ordered at the screen. Then had to repeat my order again at the first window. Then again for some of the order at the 2'd window! The order still got messed up somehow. 🤷 I felt bad for the workers, maybe they were new? It wasn't a language barrier issue. I got two XL coffees 2 cream, and 1 iced coffee with NO sweetener/syrup just cream...but I got two xtra cream 🤦 2 double quarter pounder combos with Coke zero no ice. Got ice... One dbl quarter pounder with no ketchup. But both had ketchup on them. I received no fries with the combos. I'm not sure if I was charged for combos or not...(no receipt was given) I ordered 3 happy meals, they were correct for food. But for the drinks they gave us sprite, and not the iced tea we ordered. I received no receipt for my order, though I asked twice for one. I thought about turning around and going back to fix the order. But with hungry kids, and the time to drive back it just wasn't an option. The manager here is nice. I feel he and the staff are good workers. The drive thru just needs some attention. *We're on holidays, so I've had to drive through this location several times this past week. It's never been busy in the drive thru when we were there as we didn't come at peek breakfast or lunch hours. I came to this location after a very long day in the hospital with my son who just had surgery I came inside to place an order for my family. I ordered two double cheeseburgers with no pickles no onions Mayo top and bottom, along with the rest of my family's order the manager her name is Barn didn't tell the back that I wanted mayo top and bottom so I reminded her and she proceeded to tell the back after she rolled her eyes at me that I wanted them on my cheeseburgers I told her that I order double cheeseburgers and she said no you didn't you order cheeseburgers! Very rudely! I have never change my order in 10 plus years I know what I ordered I told her I'm sorry you heard just cheeseburger but I did say double cheeseburger it she tells me I'm sorry you just said cheeseburger! This is a manager you never speak to a customer in my fashion no matter what position you are first week on the job or you've been there for 20 years. She didn't even rectify my order being incorrect she continued to argue with me! what she ended up doing in the end is putting Mayo on the top and the bottom of the single cheeseburgers and making my son's Happy Meal cheeseburger a double! I have tried calling to speak to her manager apparently his name is Gordon but I cannot get through nobody answers the phone at this location.
