I'd never order from Pizza 73 again. I ordered through SkiptheDishes ( who kindly gave me a refund after the horrible experience with Pizza 73) I'll start with the fact I ordered and paid for dairy free/gluten free pizza- upon LATE arrival- my pizza was covered in regular cheese. Prior to recieving an incorrect order: The customer service agent I spoke to on 273-7373 was arrogant and rude. I had to ask him 3 times if there is a direct phone number I could call - to the specific location I ordered from-to inquire about my order because Skip states they can't provide estimated courier times as pizza 73 has their own courier. The service agent told me He can't check on the status , I have to contact Skip to ask ( this is after I told him that's not an option) everytime I asked him if there's a direct number he said " I told you- I can't check on your order status" Till finally I said " you're not listening to me" and had to become rude myself- than he finally answered my question.

Read moreI recently lost my AirPods Pro somewhere near the store. I remember taking them out at the bench in the store, which was the last time I saw them. After realizing they were missing, I called the store, but they said no earbuds had been found. Customer service also told me I’d need to come back in person to check the CCTV footage.
When I went in a few days later, a lady told me I had to come back at 11:50 a.m. to view the footage. However, when I returned at that time, another lady told me to come back again at a different time. I kept coming back and forth for about two weeks, only to eventually speak with a man at the desk who told me that the footage is erased every week.

Read moreTERRIBLE. I ordered because the Crave coupon was advertised both online and I received a flyer. Order arrived with no coupon (yet my receipt said they issued it). I asked the delivery man where it was and he said “It’s not my job to know that”. I called Pizza 73 support and they called they store and learned the store doesn’t have anymore coupons. So why didn’t they call me and let me know they couldn’t fulfill the order? Had they called me to tell me that I would have cancelled my order. The ONLY reason I was ordering was because of the promotion. To add insult to injury the pizza was cold and terrible. DO NOT order from here, unless you like wasting money and eating terrible pizza.
