Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Calgary

Omg the worst customer experience ever!! Should have known as a few years ago they had the debit machine set to auto add 20% tip to all orders including pick up ?? Uhm my choice thank you! I thought maybe it was better so we ordered 3 pizzas, breadsticks and pop through skip. Driver threw a pizza on the door step and left didn’t even know it was there (bad on you too skip) saw the pizza and was confused as it was the complete wrong order. I messaged skip while my husband called the Pizza Hut, super rude arguing over our order as if he knew better what we ordered he insisted we have to pick up our pizza now and it would be 30 min. So we head out get there, and… they get the order wrong again. They make another pizza, while the rest of the order sits there’s waiting … waiting… orders going out the door one after another and we are waiting… finally it’s ready in the car we go I happen to see receipt ugh … wrong order again??? Back we go, guy come out wipes his nose with a napkin and says what’s wrong? We tell him wrong again x3 he says ok and was about to only fix the 2 incorrect items. I say no you need to make whole order again as the items have sat there now for a hour. He hands the tablet to the cook, I say can you make sure you have to right as not to waste more food or time ? Oh but it is… it’s what the tablet says ! Excuse after excuse of why the many mistakes… BUT it’s was the driver, BUT it was so busy, BUT are you sure that’s your order ? (Me) BUT you have been wrong 3 times now.. no the tablet is correct … not a apology offering of any other item ( not that they could get that right) nothing .. more employees come in they speak (and cough a lot) in their language stare alittle speak some more and after almost 2 hrs we have pizza! that unfortunately has lost its lustre…. Worst ever !!! Sorry Pizza Hut… you ran out of BUTS while talking out...

Terrible experience. My friend and I ordered from this location. Requested extra pizza sauce. When we got the pizza and started eating it it was as if we were eating dough with pepperoni, cheese and green peppers. There was definitely Maybe 5 tablespoons of sauce on the entire pizza. I respectfully called the location and informed them of this. Whomever was on the phone said there were no notes on file for extra sauce- I explained there was notes.... he insisted that I was incorrect. I then stated that even if I did make a mistake there was almost no pizza sauce. He then stated he would make another pizza. When it arrived the delivery driver called and requested that we come to the apartment lobby as he was busy. When we got to the lobby he delivered the pizza and left. The pizza was externally heavy. We opened it up right away and it was DRENCHED in pizza sauce- quite the dick move. The pizza box was soaked right through. We ended up driving to the pizza location as we kept getting hung up on. I saw the manager and expressed the issue. While I was explaining there was a young cook in the back who was smirking. The manager ended up making excuses saying ,” its hard to gage how much sauce is extra”. I then told him that it was ridiculous and there is about two jars of pizza sauce on here. He said that there was 3 spoons of sauce on there- he insisted on making another one with only 2.5 spoons. We got the pizza and it was fine but we felt uncomfortable even eating it as the employee who originally made it clearly was vindictive. The new pizza definitely had more sauce but not 2.5 spoons as it was a significant difference. I unfortunately will not order...

Horrible service. My 19 year old nephew wanted to buy us dinner to say thank you. So when delivery showed up bill was 47 newphew only had a 100 bill ask for 50 back. Delivery driver did not carry change even though select paying with cash. Said I'll come back in a bit with your change. A hour and a half later I had to call Pizza Hut and ask where the driver was with his change. Manager on duty said I will call him. Called him and told me his phone was off and they will have to call me back. Called me back after ten min and said oh he will be there in 20 min. Delivery driver showed back up my nephew went out to meet him. The driver then started to persist more money for his tip and lecture him that he should have told Pizza Hut the size of bill he had cause it was my nephew fault. That is when I stepped in and had enough. Never again will I call Pizza Hut again. The delivery driver made my 19 year old newphew feel like he did something wrong. Also when they say I'll be right back and a hour and half later nothing. Gives me the feeling he was going to not come back and keep the extra 50 for himself and...
